The Cheesesteak Shop

My sandwich was luke warm with no flavor and the bread was soggy.. I don't think it was freshly made. It was clearly sitting for awhile. I've eaten at alot of these and this was terrible. If your going to raise prices every few months, please make it worth it.

The worst service I think I've ever experienced. The machines were flat and the people were working basically were calling me a liar even though 3 different people said the same thing. Then I tried to grab a bottle and they told me I had pay for it even though I had already paid for a drink. I won't be returning

Great help in the Brentwood store. The fries are addictive. The sandwich was okay. I even had them add the spicy peppers. The meat tasted like ground beef with no spices.
Yes, I will be back for the fries.
The Hanks root beer is good also. No high fructose corn syrup in it. They use pure cane sugar like back when sodas tasted good.

The Brentwood shop is a thousand times better than the Pittsburgh one the food is Superfresh is delicious and I like to go here on a weekly basis the employees are super super nice extra polite and if you ask them for something they don't get upset

We stopped in last night to grab our king Philly cheese steak meal. The staff was incredibly polite and the service was quick. The Brentwood location works best for us so stop in and grab yourself a yummy meal.

Horrible experience. Placed an order for delivery, and watched for an hour as my delivery window got later and later. My driver was sitting in the parking lot when suddenly my order was canceled by the store. I tried calling the store for an explanation and nobody picked up. I don't know if they had to suddenly close for an emergency or something, but I'd certainly like it if they could communicate that to their customers so we don't have to scramble last minute to find another food option.

Ordered a cheesecake per usual and they told me they didn’t have any…. Why the heck would I freaking come here then if it’s in the gard dang sign?? Get the guy with glasses a promotion though. He told me he liked my bowl cut and didn’t care that I started salsa dancing in the line. His jackhead coworker told me to leave in which I knocked a couple tables over though. Wont be coming back until they get my order right.Ps. Do not doodle the doddley.
