The service was really friendly and good but the food terrible! They told me its a 3oz patty. But it is soooo thin. Thinner than an In & Out patty! The bun was very thick and un-toasted, so it was very gummy. The burger patty was soo tiny it was cold by the time we got it. The cheese was thicker than than the meat! Weirdly the cheese was not all the way melted which told me the burger cooked so fast (due to being so thin) the cheese could not even melt properly. Burgers do not come with lettuce and tomato standard, its 50 cents additional charge for each! Their sauces were really good but ugh...really wanted to like this place its very hyped.

Too many kids running rampant -- the food was OK, bit expensive for easy to make burgers and fries. Drinks were drinks... can't really mess that up. If you've got some kids and want a place to sit and not have to watch them, this is your spot. If you're looking for a place to eat and drink in peace... might want to go elsewhere.

The yard is a much needed addition to downtown Brentwood. Prices are reasonable, food is great and the kids had a blast. Recommend the double smash burger for sure

It is the greatest place ever. Nicest food and Dom and Noah are so polite and welcoming. Coming back tomorrow and then Sunday before we go home. It is honestly the best.

Everything is À la carte. The drinks are $4 and packed with ice so you have to keep getting up to get a refill from them not on your own. Fries were decent and also $4/order. The smash burger had one patty that you could see through. Can’t tell you how it tasted as they skimp out on the meat and you taste bread. It was the size of a McDonald size cheeseburger. Kids grilled cheese was basically two pieces of bread and hard cheese that was never melted. Chicken sandwich was alright. Overall pretty disappointing with what we got, this is such a great location and has so much potential.
