At about 2 pm on December 7th my daughter and I went in to grab a couple sandwiches at the Brentwood togos. We were helped by a young girl with a nose piercing (in case a manager wants to know who) who was rude. Paid 40 bucks for 2 sandwiches and every time I asked for something we were met with an obvious eye roll like it was a problem… Don’t know if the girl was having a bad day but sure in heck took it out on us. Has anybody else experienced this? We asked for two easy sandwiches. I felt like I was treated with disrespect and overcharged. I wanted to bring it up but there were too many people in line. The bathroom was also clogged and I was unable to use the restroom. I’m just really disappointed because we come here regularly and this just makes me want to go elsewhere.

I've been a Togos fan ever since moving to the Bay Area in 1975. Love the hot No. 7 sandwich. Today, I had the half hot No. 7 on wheat roll.

Long time customer. Order was ready when I arrived. Sandwich was delicious #16. But there were five maybe 6 slices of very thin meat on the sandwich. The slices were folded in half which appeared like it was more but wasnt. The cheese was thicker than the meat. The lettuce, tomato, peppers, pickles very refreshing. But it just fell flat with amount of meat on the sandwich. Disappointed, first time in a while since I last had a #16 and it was perfect. Not sure that what I paid for was worth it in the end!?
I grew up on togos. I moved away and drove 3 hours every couple of months just for togos.
