My grandfather introduced me to Toshi's teriyaki back in the early 90s. After 3 decades of trying other teriyaki spots throughout this state, I have yet to find a better one. This is a real gem of the great northwest. thank you Toshi

It is open on Saturdays in the downtown Brentwood farmer's market. The portions are great and the food is delicious. Highly recommend!

I eat my teriyaki at the one Toshi operates himself in Mill Creek. I believe his son operates this one. This is the definitive teriyaki place in the US. Amazing.
