Ok so I can understand how it takes a while to get your food because it is almost like a food truck experience, ordering at a window and eating outside. So for my order of a cup of coffee, loaded fries, fries and a sweet waffle took about 15-20min. But I am so sorry to say the food and drink was not worth the wait. The flavored coffee we ordered off the menu was just that, coffee with a touch of sweetener added. There was really nothing special about it. I’ve seen another review that said the food tasted frozen and then heated and I’m going to have to agree. The “plain fries” were soggy and almost over seasoned. My son With food aversions said they were way too spicy and could not eat them. I almost have to agree with him. They were not “plain fries.” The cheese sauce was nothing more than anything you can get yourself at Costco or any supermarket for nacho cheese. The apples used for the waffle were fresh and crispy that would be great themselves, except when put on top of a soggy waffle, they did not match. I think there was whip cream topping but it completely melted and I ate the food only 1-2 minutes after ordering. I would not recommend ordering here. The food was not good the coffee was not good and for these 4 items with a $2 tip cost $30! I really do not like to say and I’m so sorry to have to say that we unfortunately threw most of everything away.Parking: Depending on what time of the day and month, parking could be hard to come across but not impossible!

Great concept, fun food idea.Menu looked great and i love the idea of the walk up window. It just fell a little under the bar for me. The waffle was small, soft and bland. Toppings were just ok. I came, I tried and thats all.

Just had the worst drip coffee of all time from there. Tasted like toilet water. Tasted like the victory coffee from 1984. They need espresso machines asap.

My first time trying the waffles here today, after walking by so many times and smelling that incredible waffle batter! The staff (possibly the owner?) is nice! The staff member assisting me was very patient, friendly, and explained the menu/answered questions. This place has tasty food, and is in a great location! I tried the waffle called "the favorite." I really like it! It is a waffle with Nutella, strawberries, and whipped cream! Yum! I'm sure I'll be back!!

My wife and I had lunch with my daughter. I rarely get to see her so when she suggested Wanna Waffle House I was okay with whatever food they had to offer. None of us had ever been there before. As it turned out, the service was really good. The young man who took our order was extremely polite and proficient. The menu offered a good number of choices. The wait time for the food was short. The food was delicious and plentiful. Priced right as well. All in all a great place to go for a great meal.

Interesting concept of using waffles in lieu of bread. It's great that there are gluten free/vegan options. Will go back to try the "sweet" waffles menu. Fast and friendly customer service. Only outside seating is available.Kid-friendliness: Open outside seating. Lots of space for kids to move about.Parking: Free street parking but may be difficult to find one on a weekend.

Went here as my kids have been begging to try it and we were absolutely disgusted with the time we had. We got the cheese bacon cheese fries and there was hair within the whole meal. As I was picking the fries apart for my son there were hairs tangled within when I brought it up the the hut to bring it to their attention the woman was not polite. I said hey there is 3-4 hair tangled within my food my son is as picking them out while trying to eat at. She stared blankly at me and my social anxiety only allowed me to say umm so maybe you guys can be more careful when preparing things. She said oh well I don't know about all that I don't cook and slammed the order window shut. I just threw it away and enjoyed me day at the library but I was very turned off by the whole experience and won't be back. We also got the Chavo and the waffle was awful it tasted doughy and yeasty! My friend had the same exact thing and hers was so good! Something was definitely wrong with my waffle

Grabbing breakfast! It's a really small spot in downtown Brentwood, but it's really yummy! I like the spiciness to the Motherclucker and it's well balanced with pickles. Also a small addition of a salad goes with your order. The customer service is good, they were really nice. It was cool that we get a pager to know when our food is ready - nice to walk around downtown or play on the playground with your kids nearby. There is a designated seating area that is completely shaded in the mornings and has umbrellas when the sun does hover over. It's small, but a nice place to grab breakfast, lunch, or a snack!
