This place is a joke. Terrible customer service and your food will take forever. Ordered from the kiosk and waited 10 mins and then went up to ask about my order and they said what order. The order I got charged for on my debit card. Showed them the charge on my bank statement. They were really rude about it like I was lying.

Have been here twice. When they first opened, the burger and fries were fresh and delicious. A month later, fries are stale and cold, burger is dry as if reheated. Not going back.

New location and wonderful staff but thereās a few shortfalls. Safety and cleanliness are my specialty due to my background in engineering and quality assurance. The fire extinguisher does not have an inspection tag. Horizontals are still dusty from construction. The food is still average. The staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful and should be commended.
I ordered a breakfast combo: bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. It was $6.49 which came with seasoned potatoes and hot coffee. This should be a $5 out the door combo. So it should be about $4.50 plus tax.
The biscuit was hard as a brick. The sandwich didnāt contain much bacon. It wasnāt even a full strip worth. The star of this dish was the seasoned potatoes surprisingly. Crispy, flaky, and perfectly seasoned. Dipped those in some ketchup and it was delicious. The coffee tasted stale and burned. I did drink it because I needed the energy boost. I added 4 cream and 4 sugar. They offer fresh cookies. Thereās a self serve kiosk (English, Spanish and French) to place your order and a side window for walk up orders (presumably at night). It also comes with a coke freestyle machine if you like dirty sprite (purple). Drink machine was dirty. They have outdoor seating if youād like to get more melanin. Landscaping is currently new and manicured. Hopefully it stays this way. They have the outlets covered to prevent people from plugging in devices. Bathrooms are clean and labeled āall genders.ā No code is needed. Lastly, I absolutely love the design and decor here. Itās very modern. Overall, Iām happy that we have a new location that is closer but thereās still room for improvement.
