We’ve been coming here for years, I moved out of state and we are visiting family today, came back and unfortunately the recipe has changes. The cream cheese is not good it taste more like sour cream and it’s so watery. It looks like yogurt and taste like sour cream no longer creamy plis they put so much had to wipe half of it off. I will try the chicken salad on pesto next time and hope it doesn’t disappoint. Regardless it was ok. Not what it used to be to be.

I feel like they’re becoming stingy with their toppings. I ordered an egg white dream paid for extra add ons like cucumber, sprouts and cream cheese..this is what i got. 😐

All the bagels are absolutely fire! Don’t recommend ordering on door dash to get the real experience you must try while the food is made hot. Highly recommended for a good breakfast that’s fast and easy.

I used to really love this place and come here all the time, maybe a decade ago, and even within the last 5 years I thought it was pretty good, but after talking it up to a friend, we went there today and were both disappointed. The bagel recipe seems to have changed, a lot. It was soggy and bland and even bare in places on the top, and the avocado consisted of 2 tiny pieces under the egg on the bottom of the sandwich , which is crazy bc these are $9 each now. I wasn’t sure if I had any cheese in my sandwich either. I got the spinach artichoke bagel but this time there wasn’t a lot of evidence of that on the bagel itself. My friend said the bagel reminded them of focaccia bread. My maple latte was really bitter and I had to go home and doctor it to get through it. My friend liked their pumpkin spice latte. We felt that it was also weird that the same person ringing people up was now the person at the far counter also in charge of running a loud blender simultaneously like literally inches from the customers. So naturally she couldn’t hear anything we said and we had to go through every item and correct it several times.... kind of a let down all around this time.

Reasonable prices, but do yourself a favor and skip any breakfast sandwich which comes with fake eggs from a carton, the weirdest looking and tasting bacon I've ever seen and something that resembled soggy bread more than a bagel(maybe it's because they microwaved it instead of toasting it?). Also heard good things about their coffee, I ordered a triple shot with a splash of water and got a full 12 ounce cup of coffee (couldn't even taste the espresso shots). So if you're going to eat here, keep it simple get a bagel and cream cheese and a regular cuppa Joe.

Went for a meeting but got there too late, took my food to go. The jalapeño bagel breakfast sandwich was great. Coffee was ok. It wasn't the burista's fault it was the way I ordered it, I think. I should have ordered cold Americano with milk instead of a cold latte.
I ordered a jalapeño fire bagel witch they gave me and then I ordered a marinara bagel with plain cream cheese not toasted. I had to wait forever and so did everyone else. Once I received my order they gave me a plain bagel toasted with no cream cheese. I was ignored for the longest time. The 2nd street willys has very poor customer service worse than McDonald's.

I got a turkey bagel sandwich and a caramel macchiato iced. Sandwich was great, but I found 2 pieces of hair buried in my bagel! The “coffee” was more milk than coffee. I’m disappointed.
