I actually love this place, but it is totally ridiculous that when you order online from their website the menu is more expensive than ordering in person. BEWARE another company trying to squeeze every cent out of their customers. Will not be supporting anymore.

I grew up with Willy's, and the service and food have always been great. Moved out of town for a few years and came back to visit family and take my partner to experience what I hoped was going to be a nostalgic experience. Went there two separate days in the morning around 10am on 03/25/2024 and 03/26/2024: Firstly, the cashier was decent and helpful. Nothing to write home about, but met expectations. Mainly, wait-time was fast, however both times we visited we found out why... in referring to the photo, this was how our smoked lox's looked. Salmon on one side, barely any pickles and sprouts all on the other side. Also, they put a ton of cream cheese and smashed the bagel as if someone shoved their palm on the sandwich. Immediately off-putting. Had to take it apart to spread out the ingredients evenly so I could enjoy it. Would have gone in to talk to the staff, but it's very obvious that they don't care given how the sandwiches came out from our two separate visits. I would say maybe try going in the afternoon when a different shift can make the food. Besides the sandwiches our smoothies were extremely sweet and sugary. Honestly could have just made a sandwich at home. Spent $50 for a disappointing experience. The attention to detail was minimal at best, and lazy overall. This made me very sad and definitely not the experience I grew up loving. Definitely don't think I could recommend this place to anyone anymore, at least not for the sandwiches. Maybe for just a bagel or pastry.

Very delicious bagels.

I have been a big fan of Willy's Bagels ever since it was open, and I was in high school in 1998. I was so ecstatic when my high school buddy took it over and was happy to know that this would be in our community for a long time. They've always been great, fabulous Bagel breakfast fabulous drinks, fabulous customer service, just fabulous all around. It's been a while since I have been there, and it sayddens me to give it such a horrible star review. Today, on Sunday, March 10th, around 11:30, I swung by there for the first time ever in years for a delicious Double Toasted French toast bagel with honey and inna Crunch cream cheese, with a delicious hibiscus drink. I was shocked to experience the poor and little to No customer service. I understand that they were a little busy and maybe too young to understand how to have customer service, but the Young attendee at the front who took my order blunt and rude, with no respect for humankindness. Then finally, after I waited 20 minutes I got my drink, then another 10 minutes receieved my bagel... initially I didn't really care about the timing to wait for it because I felt it was well worth it from previous experiences and I was ecstatic because it has been such a long time since I had a Willy's bagel.. I took my first bite, and initially, The Taste was off. I was trying to enjoy the sweet, crunchy cinnamon and cream cheese melting in my mouth with the honey drooling on the sides. But It had to hint of an overwhelming taste of seasoning, that couldn't think pf.. The name of the taste was on the tip of my tongue.. that is not sweet and honey and cinnamon flavor. I took another bite and another and I couldn't figure it out until finally it hit me after eating half of the bagel cuz I was so hungry and popped in for a quick bite to eat while I was working. I finally pulled over and parked my car because I couldn't handle the taste anymore. I examined the bagel and that's when I found onions in my bagel. I mean goodness sakes who wants an onion on a cinnamon toast crunch bagel. My experience was definitely saddened today. It was disgusting I mean what if I was allergic to onions, and they were so careless to not pay attention or using the same knife they used to make a bagel sandwich that they used to spread my cream cheese and cut my bagel, that's disgusting. And I don't ever complain. Most of the time, I'm like oh hey cool that's an extra added flavor. But I think the fact that I just haven't been to Willy's Bagels in years and I was so excited to go and I was craving the cinnamon toast crunch. I was truly saddened just a little bit. I wasn't even going to write a review and have it be soo public. So I called their number to see if there was something they could do to help me and the customer service lady on the phone was rude and then the phone kept getting disconnected and then when I finally got through to go leave a message, now I couldn't even leave a voicemail to inform them when it happened today... the mailbox was full. I mean, honestly... so if I can't talk to customer service to have them make me a new Bagel or refund my purchase or something, I can't talk to anybody, so I guess now I have to leave a review. This is the first review I've ever left, and I'm sad to say that it's not a good one. And I threw the bagel out. That's how bad the onion taste was. I literally was biting into onion chunks on a sweet French toast honey cinnamon crunch bagel. There should be no onion flavor whatsoever on that.!!!

Excellent place to pick up a quick morning drink oven throughput the day, the Bagels are out of this world. Great & diverse ownership between both locales.

Popular place on Sundays in the late morning! Prepare to enter a packed building and wait ~20 minutes for your food after you order it. Not a ton of space to sit down inside but they do have a nice outdoor covered patio seating area. The bagel sandwiches my husband and I tried were good, but not great. We've tried 4 different ones between us now. Yesterday I had the Santa Fe on a spinach artichoke bagel and it was a bit heavy on the cream cheese. My kids like the cookies (big enough to share between the 2 of them) and they both demolished a plain bagel. I like how they have a decent amount of coffee drink options and the bagels looked nicely stocked. Price point is good as well, I spent ~$25 for my family of 4. Cheap enough to make this a regular spot after Sunday flag football games. Just have to find the perfect breakfast sandwich combo!

I had a coffee, my wife a latte. Both were weak without much flavor. Bagels don't appear to be the real authentic thing, not chewy at all. Overpriced.

Other bagel spots are fine but that's it! I only get bagels a handful times a year but every time I eat one here I think I should get more often! I get the Jalapeño Fire bagel BLT and I love it! The bagel spicy with great flavor. Bacon crispy, veggies fresh! Never served brown avocado, which I have at other spots! Customer service always seems fine.

The best bagel spot in Brentwood. I've been coming here since high school and always come back during the holidays. My last order was marinara, garlic, everything, pesto, tomato basil, and French toast bagels. The marinara will always be my favorite. Will be back again!

I used to love coming to this one. Until rude customer service. I was going to order over the phone for pick up, asked to make sure it's the one by surrounding stores since there's another in the area, the worker who answered gave a sarcastic tone and answered, no it's the Brentwood one in Los Angeles. The second time I called to try making an order, the worker sounded confused in helping us. We came in to order, a soda refrigerator is blocking one of the exits-- safety hazard. Last time we came, bathroom was out of order, yet we saw an employee come out of there. I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years and I have never experienced this amount of disrespect and no hospitality. Please do better because my friends and I enjoy coming here but will revert to Bagel Street if we keep receiving this disrespect to start off our mornings.
