Terrible customer service. 3rd time in a row coming here and my order was screwed up. Once again nonchalant attitude from the employees. Wont be spending another dollar here. The chicken is never cooked properly you have to tell them to cook it extra crispy if you want it cooked through.

Best wings in the area by far, recommend the smoked bbq. For spicy - the mango habanero and Louisiana rub were very good. Fries were also really good.

Customer service is terrible and keeps getting worse. Ordered party platter for Super Bowl. Pick up time was 230, no courtesy call or anything arrived at 230 to wait over an hour! Then all 50 of my wings were rushed, soggy and undercooked. Gave them another chance yesterday ordered a family pack, showed up 30 mins later to find out they gave my order to someone else? Wanted me to wait another 20 minutes. No offer of compensation, no offer of a drink, discount on the next order? Nothing. Just nonchalantly wasted my time again. I won’t be back. Too much hassle for some “mid” wings

Came here a few times recently, should have tried this place sooner. Chicken wings are delicious, both transitional and boneless, they’re huge lol good variety of flavors, fries are perfectly crispy, my son loved the garlic noodles, good prices.

Good lunch special but won't let you change fries to coleslaw... I even offered to pay a difference if there was one. I didn't want the carbs. They said no... haven't been back.

The service so far is good, wings are a lot better than Wingstop... not as greasy. Decor is nice,but never sat down to eat.

I have gone to this place twice the first time I went in. It was on a slower day and our order came out pretty fast and the food was good so I thought for the Super Bowl it would've been a good food alternative to get some wings. I was so wrong, I ordered my wings before hand and I had somebody go pick up the order at 3 o'clock which was the time I scheduled to pick up and my surprise when they went to go try to pick up the order I was told that my order wasn't there and I have never placed an order with them even though it had already charged my card $74 for everything I have ordered. Then after the fact when I called back at 5 o'clock I was told that my order was ready and it was there. How does it go from not being there to be there I understand that it was a Super Bowl when you guys were busy, but what I don't understand is how unorganized it was, so like another review said beware of this place on big event days.

I order wings in Super Bowl Sunday for a 2:30 pm pick up. I arrived at 2:15 pm and found the entire space of the restaurant full of people waiting for their orders. After getting to the cashier, I was told it would be 30 more minutes. After going to the counter a few more times after the 30 minute wait, I received my order 50 minutes late. When I got home and opened the container with the wings, I found them to be raw. There was no way I was going back, but buyer beware on event days! Their customer service is horrible and the staff was completely overwhelmed.
Good food. They play the music too loud . .annoying as heck. I get the lemon pepper . .too much salt!!!!

We love the wings here, but just reviewing today's issue. We ordered the wings in advance. A day, in advance. We said we're picking it up at 230pm, it's already 340pm and still waiting for the wings. I understand that it's the superbowl, and it's busy and we're not the only one who ordered wings. But come on!!! We ordered it ONE DAY IN ADVANCE, and still have to wait OVER an hour to get it. I don't understand what's going on. Unorganized. I wish it wasn't like that.

This is replacing Wingstop! The wings are good sizes, great side selections. Garlic fries and noodles are the bomb! Great food, great service. Will be coming back!

Food is delicious. Best wing spot around. They cook and season them perfectly! Friendly and helpful staff. Will be going back, but not as often as we would like due to high pricing. But that's every where these days.

We came this past Sunday when the playoffs were happening so, we understood that there would be a wait time given how busy it was when we stopped by, but the service was fast and easy. We were quoted 40 min for the wait time, but the guy who was making our order was asking what the name of the order was and tried to ensure we got our food pretty quick. We tried ordering ahead but couldn't get someone to answer the phone. I ordered the family pack, which consists of 25 wings (3 flavors of your choice) w/ two large fries, veggie sticks and two dips. My family and I enjoyed it, plus it's affordable compared to other places we know of. I notified the cashier taking the order for one order of the fries to be lemon pepper seasoning while the other one would be regular fries. She tries to say we are only getting one large fry instead of two and then had to double check that it indeed states that the combo comes with two, instead of one. We received the fries and it was incorrect. The customer service would be my only downside.
