Very good food! Was a bit warm inside but in the end it's the food. Great taste and portion on the tri-tip wrap.

Today I got the Chick A Lickin sandwhich, had a lot of white sauce and the fries were not hot at all. Tri Tip bowl had a few peaches of meat and lots of rice. I wanted to like this place but the price is not worth it in my opinion as the food was average.

First time trying, but pictures don't match the dishes delivered. It's expensive for what you get: just over $20, but its just 5 cubes of chicken and like 1.5cups of rice with a little condiment container =chicken bowl.

Food is decent, service was good, employees were all very friendly.

To be honest the reason for 3 stars is this place is severely overpriced for what you get. Eveththing is Ala carte when it comes to kabob. So typically at kabob houses (Afghan, Persian, doesn't matter) places you get kabob, with some rice. Maybe a tiny bit of salad, possibly a piece of bread all depending on the place of course.

Here the kabob is $15 for 5 pieces(this is for tri tip. $20 for lamb, $14 for chicken). Then you would have to add $5 for a small rice(per person), $6 for a small salad. They even charge $1 for chutney which I've never seen before. For the portion that you get I don't feel it justifies it. Falafel 4 for $15 typically those are a couple dollars a piece at most. For reference this is more expensive than high end kabob houses in San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Berkeley, San Ramon, Danville, etc.

So overall the place is good just very overpriced for the portions and what you get.

Delighted that Wrappin Chicken is open! Same owners and recipes as the wonderful (but closed) Chaman Kabob. Came on opening day and got my favorite, the ground chicken wrap, original style. Just as tasty as I remembered! This location is fast casual, not a full sit-down restaurant. I look forward to returning frequently and getting some of my other favorites, bolani (potato-stuffed bread), mantu (dumplings) and the kabobs. Eventually I'll even check out their new items, I'm sure. So glad to have this great food in Brentwood again!
