We loved visiting the tap room in the middle of our long drive from LA to Paso Robles! Such a great experience. The bartender was so kind and chatted with us about a few places to visit on our trip. The beer was GREAT!

Nice place. Great beer. Tasted many great beers. Service by staff is very good. I wanted to buy two of the beers I tasted but they had no inventory to sell. Quite disappointing!

We're locals and hadn't been here in a long while but decided to try the updated menu and outdoor dining experience. They've made so many gorgeous upgrades to their outdoor garden dining! There is lots of additional seating with a wall separating the area from the parking lot and plenty of shade for those warm summer afternoons/evenings. The design and architectural elements are first rate and in keeping with the general theme and branding up and down the coast. The Smash Burger and the Ahi Salad were both excellent. They didn't have fries, so we replaced them with the broccoli, which was delicious. The beers are, of course, excellent. The wine list is small but adequate, and prices are all $11 or $12/glass. We'll be back again soon.

So went out with some co-workers while in LA and we went to the FWB there and loved it. They had a QR code on the table and you could order and close out your tab from your phone. The food and beers were very good. And they had a very good setup with a lot of outdoor seating and games and such. This location has a different feel. Different doesn't mean bad. Actually it's pretty nice. However, the food wasn't as good. I had the broccolini at the other location and it had the same smokey flavor as the Brussels sprouts. This time it tasted like plain ole broccoli without any flavor or salt. Sucks to compare but sorry the other location was better from a food and service perspective. I'm not saying the service was totally bad here, but the other location exceeded expectations. Overall, not bad and I would definitely come back.

A five-star experience at this well-established, and high quality brewery. Great for after work drinks, family get togethers, or a night out with the guys. I've been to this location multiple times, the service is consistent, the beer is always crisp! Taps are never kicked, and they make 90% of their beers on site. If you're in the area, it's worth taking a trip here, at least once on your visit!

Shelly and Bryan are great. Marco and Chris add to the awesome staff and great service. I can't wait to go back and try more of Bryan's creations. Definitely try the Fig Burger it was delicious.

First time here and we had a great time. Kids had fun, our server, she was awesome! Very convenient that it's located off the freeway and only a few minutes away from our destination. Definitely get a smash burger. Juicy and delicious! We got a pretzel and that was good but wished that the cheese was warm and not cold. But overall great experience!

It seems like the last few times I've come here, the service has gone downhill. The waitress took our drink orders and completely left out asking two people at our table. I had to go find her and tell her what they wanted to drink. Once our drinks were brought to the table, I never received mine. When the waitress came back, I asked her where it was and she said whoop I forgot. Not impressed. When it came time to get our food, four of us had ordered garlic fries and we all received regular skinny fries. When we mentioned this, she told us she "had to get on the kitchen staff for messing the orders up". While I appreciate the explanation, it's not something customers want to hear.Several of us ordered the different types of smash burgers they offer. The Western ones were very dry but the fig one was delicious and perfectly cooked. We have been coming here for several years and it just seems like this place just isn't what it used to be. I am jping things change in the future because this used to be my favorite place to recommend to people coming into town.Parking: Plenty of spots all around the taproom.Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap parking spots appear to have been redone and now once you park, you are on a slant. This is somewhat concerning if you are using a cane or walker as it may cause you to become unstable when getting out of the car. There is a wheelchair accessible ramp.

Had the brussel sprouts appetizer and the south of the border salad. Both were really good. It was nice sitting on the patio with the heaters on.

When in doubt, go to Firestone Walker! It is such a relaxing place and the staff is extremely friendly. It is one of the places I always take my friends to when they come to visit. Plus, they are dog friendly, there is plenty of parking and seating areas. I love their fries, burgers, and of course their wide selection of beers! I love their “Mind Haze” double IPA.

Service was decent, but food was less so. On the table was a notice for burger and beer for $20, however when I ordered I was informed that was only on Wednesdays and today it was Tuesday. The small print was just that too small for me to read without glasses. They should make the print larger or take those signs away. Well I ordered a glass of water instead. The California slam burger with two patties, bacon strips and fried onions was too much taste choices and too greasy for me. Also the fries were not crispy enough. My wife ordered a Caesar Salad and she thought they didn't cut off enough of the lettuce stalks, like most restaurants do. So kind of mediocre at best. Our last time at their Paso Robles store was much better.

This place was awesome, I had the best burger I've ever had, seriously thee best. The service was great, the chef came out and greeted everybody, super nice guy and Firestone has lots of great beers. If you are in Buelton, I highly recommend this brewery, 5 stars all day every day.

Staff was friendly, I did have to ask for a refill twice but it was beginning to get pretty busy as we were finishing our dinner. Atmosphere is awesome?? and the actual facility has a beautiful aesthetic in both day and night. I just had to take the opportunity to capture some footage as well as photos of this gorgeous building since I'm not from the area. Cheers!

Stopped by for a beer flight. The beer is great quality for a reasonable price. It was cool they had beer for tasting that wasn't available in retail stores, so the exclusive selection was fun. The staff serving were very pleasant and knowledgeable. After my flight I saw they had a fridge of 6 packs and single bottle of speciality beers to go, and bought a few.

Just ordered several things to be delivered by DoorDash. Received no condiments whatsoever. No silverware plates or napkins plus missing part of our order. Received. No help from DoorDash but the fault primarily falls on the restaurant for failing to completely order in the first place. The brussel sprouts that we ate with our fingers weren't very good at anyway. And he wants to eat fish and chips that doesn't include any tartar sauce or vinegar or ketchup or any sauce of any kind? Super disappointed. Would never order from here again
