Blenders In The Grass-Buellton

Overall busy as any other blenders, the one thing I didn't like was, my drink was filled and seemed a little less than normal at this location.

Cleaning practices are questionable. Not happy with seeing a staff member mop and clean and use the same gloves to mix the drink.

Hello I was just at your buellton location #16 2/23/24 approx 2:15 pm I just wanted to make you guys aware that what I can only assume is the manager Caucasian woman was extremely unprofessional. She was "training" an employee but was very condescending manner in font of customers. We tried to be kind and make small talk and she was completely rude and unkind, no the store was not busy. I understand we all have bad days but this felt very off.

Slow service, rude staff

We have been to many different Blenders locations and have loved them all until now. To begin, when we walked in the (wide open) door, we were greeted with "We're closed." Then they said "we just don't want to have to work." I should have walked out right then, but we were already craving blenders after being out in the 101 degree weather. After getting over the shock of the level of unprofessionalism of the employee (who's name I will not forget), I placed our order and waited. One employee who appeared to be off duty was discussing with the 2 employees currently working, about how they had Covid and should not have been to work without a mask, among other various topics that likely should not be discussed in a work setting. After my order was finished, the employee said very disgruntly "Here's your order." I said Thank You, and she just looked at me. On top of that, of the 3 smoothies and 2 bowls we had, they were quite possibly the worst we have ever had. I know that it's not always fun to be at work, and sometimes you'd rather just talk and hang out with your friends/coworkers, however there's an expectation that when you're working, you actually do your job in a professional or at least respectful manner. We are extremely disappointed with our service and the quality of the items that we purchased. We do not recommend this Blenders location.

It gets hot in Buellton. Blenders is a great place where you can get in and get out quick with a cold, delicious smoothie. I usually go for an Original with the Total supplement. Yum!

Loved their iced tea

Love it here, everyone is really friendly, the drinks are good, I always have a good time when I walk into the store

it is usually the best but on 4-28-2021 trough 4-29-2021 it has been the absolute worst, they closed blender for a photo shoot until 4 instead of closing it at 4
