As a customer, I’ve had multiple bad experiences when Juan is working. The service is disorganized, communication is rude, and issues that should be handled quickly turn into unnecessary problems. Instead of helping, he comes across as dismissive and unprofessional, which makes the visit uncomfortable. The difference in service quality when he is not working is very noticeable. Management seriously needs to address this, because it’s driving customers away.

This was a very clean restaurant. The restrooms were clean and stocked with supplies. The food was of great quality Carl's Jr standards. The food was made quickly and super hot. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting good quality Carl's Jr food.

The worst Carl's famous star (and most expensive) I've ever had. Meat was light beige/gray with zero char marks or charbroil taste. Couldn't finish it.

I stop by here frequently on weekdays in the mornings and the manager he is always very pleasant and professional. The woman who cooks in the back is an artist. My favorite, the breakfast burger, always comes out perfect and it even resembles the image of the burger you see on the menu. I’m tellin ya she’s a real artist back there. Thank you guys. Both for your courteous service and superb preparation of my food.

I would give them way more stars if they didn’t close 30 minutes before what they say online. They say 9:30 is their closing time but they close at 9. Please update hours or keep your workers longer.

Mainly rating this as a solid 4 star, due to the fact that I work at a Carl's Jr myself as of current, and most location service rates can sometimes be hit or miss. It also depends on whether the location is a Green Burrito franchise, as locations like such have a bigger kitchen and slightly more menu options.
Other than that, pretty much good food and service, and we do accommodate for vegans, vegetarians, and the like.
