We specifically pointed to the poster they have in their window and ordered 4 California Classics listed at $3.49 advertised price. The girl rang us up and when we reviewed our receipt they clearly charged $4.49 per burger. Manager said the poster is wrong and we told him to take it down, it’s false advertisement. He said the poster means the burgers are $3.49 and up, That only the double cheeseburger is $3.49. This was NOT what the poster says. He said “no other customers complain about paying more”. It wasn’t until he knew we were calling corporate that he refunded the difference. Who knows how many other items are higher than advertised.

You have a drive thru open sign on and you serve someone right before our car but then tell us you're closed but then make us sit in the drive thru and make us wait to serve the other car and then you lock the drive thru window and don't even look at us. Bad service. Negative stars.

Handed the cashier a $20.00 bill. She took then gave it back to because the Manger would not accept it. I asked why and he told me it was to old!! What!??!! I believe the bill was from 1982. I told him it was an official USA note!!! He said Carls Jr. does not take them!!! I said well then he can’t take the penny I gave home because that was from 1970!!! As always Cj's did not disappoint. It has been a couple of years since stopping into the Cj's in Buellton and they have kept up the service and expectations.Parking: Large parking lot that is RV friendly.

The food is high quality and worth the price. I personally love the Beyond Famous Star with criss cut fries. The employees there are so nice and welcoming. My only issue is that at the drive through an automated message that plays asking for my order before a real person comes on the mic. It's super confusing and a little unsettling. Whenever you visit, make sure to fill out the questionnaire on the back of the receipt. By doing so you get a buy one get one burger coupon. I use this when going out with my partner all the time.

The absolute rudest service ever. Stopped in after a long drive for something quick. Most of the chairs were on tables, we asked if it was open inside and was told rather boredly that they closed at 8, it was 7:15. I checked the website and it said they were open to 10. The girl working charged my friend extra for no tomatoes....and then seemed put off when my friend asked for that money back. Not a helpful or problem solving attitude at all. A husband and a small child of an employee was hanging out the entire time. Cultural habits aside, it's still a business. Needless to say, would never step foot in here again. Ever.
