Firestone Walker Brewing Company - Barrelworks

We love this place! Every time we go thru Buellton or Solvang we try to stop here. Great food, service, the beer selections are endless. If you're a sports fan, (we don't know much about it), it's a great place with big TV'S everywhere, lots of room and an energetic, local crowd. A real taste of Buellton. I've NEVER been disappointed with the food.

Fantastic through and through, loved the Food options, world class beer, I was a kid in a candy store this was like going to the final boss of breweries, loved it and soaked up every second of pure joy.

Terrible Service, 25 minutes to get a drink, one hour and 15 minutes to get lunch. Had to track down waiter to get bill. Will not be going back!!!!

Sure wish we'd had the same good experience today. We were greeted nicely with our pup. Then it quickly fell apart. We were told our server would be with us shortly, he walked by about 10 minutes later after waiting on a corner table in bar area, said he'd be right back!
He then ignored us and the greeter came over and took drink order, 15+ minutes now passed, we were going to leave as our server still ignored us, he decided to serve beers to people that came in way after us.
Greeter returns to ask if we ordered food, we hesitated but ordered burgers and fries. Food took 30 minutes and burger was barely warm, fries cold. Ughhhhhh..
Then I stood at bar after waiting 10 minutes or so for tab to close out, the server wouldn't even look our way, he actually walked by us to clear a table, so rude. Once again greeter noticed us standing there and walked over to help close out.
Yes there was a group of 20 arriving at same time we arrived but they got way faster service, 3 servers were present so you'd think one would help those of us seated in bar area, NOPE!
NOT A FAN.
BEER is better at many other places we've visited and service better. I'd skip this place if you see more than 15 other people unless you have 2 hours for a burger and beer, though 2 of us had diet cokes, that went empty way before food ordered.
We tried to be respectful and not walk out, but sometimes we choose wrong, like this Brewpub. Worst service ever had. I give 1 star because greeter tried, but he was helping the gal serving bigger party than us. Very sad how much we wasted was not worth 85+$ for 3 burgers and 1 beer and 2 sodas.

I walked in and waited at the hostess stand for 10 minutes. Then I just took a seat at the bar and waited another 10 minutes, maybe longer. Finally someone asked me if I wanted a beer. It was very frustrating.
The good things:
The 805 was great
They allowed well behaved dogs at the bar.
The Smash burger was very good and they let me have a salad instead of french fries with my burger.
This place had the worst service I have EVER SEEN. Ugh…
If you are a local they are much more apt to help you. I drove out of my way because I love the 805 and they allowed dogs but I will never go back.

Great food and great beer. Service could've been better. Server stop by once which at that point I just asked for the bill. I would've had a second drink but waitress never offered. Manager did notice the lack of attention and he started helping her out. Manager had to bring out our drinks and food. Waitress was too busy on a Wednesday night? Burgers was a little too well done but after waiting so long, I ate it. Will definitely give it another try.

First of Firestone Walker brews an incredible range of beers. The dinner we ate was paired with complimentary beers. The Brewmaster's' Dinner is an event I'd gladly attend again and again. The employees offered attentive service, without being asked.
