Low staff for busy location. 25 min wait and only 3 staff to help dozens of customers. Food cold, only 1 cook, staff looked stress, management should step it up to help their overworked and overwhelmed small staff.

I enjoy the fact that wherever I go, Panda Express is very consistent, clean, and affordable food. The kitchen is right there to see how the food is cooked.

The trash was over flowing, no tables were cleaned and two young girls were standing laughing and talking an I say you have time to lean, you have time to clean ????

Panda 211 E highway 246 maps pages shows it closes at 9:30pm... i arrived at panda at 8:36pm, the door hours conflict stating panda closes at 9:00pm but somehow panda was still closed at 8:36pm over 20 minutes before closing! This is an OUTRAGE!

This was by far, the WORST experience we have ever had at any Panda location! We walked in at 545pm. Prime time dinner hour right? Food in the warming trays looked like it had been sitting there since lunch. Just a note: there were no other customers in the restaurant. There were 2 cooks (one a manager?) And 2 servers who did not look very busy. We weren't offered a sample. Did Panda stop doing this? We expressed to the server that all the Beijing beef and steak (our 2 favorites) looked stale. She just stared at us instead of saying would you like for us to cook a fresh batch? The veggies looked brown and terrible and they tasted bad too. Portion sizes were third-world. We ordered the orange chicken and it was hard, dry and90 %INEDIBLE. We took our food home which is 14 miles away. Wished we would have eaten in the restaurant. I would have taken it back. We always fill out our surveys and get a coupon code for a free entree the next time. I got to the end of the survey and instead of giving you a number to write down at the end, they now send it to you in an email. Well...when I entered in my email, it said NOT A VALID EMAIL. I entered all 3 of our household emails and and none of them worked. I called Buellton Panda to report the problem and ask for corporate number and a guy (the manager I think) with a heavy accent that I could barely understand said, I dont know the number, just look it up on Google. The kind of service you expect from someone getting paid $34 an hour...right???? Yes...I WILL look up corporate phone number and call them first thing tomorrow! At least now I think I know why we were the only ones in there! The food and service SUCK!!!

The food tasted as it was there for hours, I got the 2 entrée plate with chow mein, orange chicken, and teriyaki. The chow mein was a little burnt and dry. Orange chicken was almost as hard as a rock. And teriyaki was just a little burnt. For as much as we are paying now for food, you'd expect it to be edible, at least. I will say the location was well kept and clean. Service could have been a little faster as no one was there besides us.

This location was on par with the many other Panda Express restaurants I've eaten at. True, it is smaller, there was only one server (Alexis, and she is fantastic, as others have reported) and one cook. Some of the entree trays were empty, but as soon as I asked, Alexis said-with a smile- 'We can make that for you in about 5 minutes!' So my meal-including rice and chow mein- was fresh and delicious. I will return.

I was not going to say anything but last time we were here this chick saw us come in, served the person in front of us, when it was our turn she said nothing and walked away. I keep looking at her to see if she will give us some info on why she did want to serve us but nothing. I hope it's not a racial thing but felt like it.

It's a Panda Express. It's right in line with what you expect from any Panda Express. The dining room is a little smaller than the ones I'm used to, but it's all good. Honestly, the orange chicken is the best orange chicken of the style, so that's always good. Staff was nice, all good. Did mark down for not having brown rice or hot mustard.
