Beautiful property and great pinot, but I was incredibly disappointed with the service. The older woman working there had a very negative attitude and treated our group as a burden for not having a reservation. It felt very elitist, and not something we would have expected from the region. While there, we watched multiple groups enter the winery and leave, complaining about the poor attitude of same person. Requiring a reservation is fine; treating customers so poorly is not.I hope the winery takes this as an opportunity to refocus their efforts on creating a welcoming environment for visitors. Until then, I’m sad to say I won’t be stopping at this winery when I’m tasting along Santa Rosa Road in the future.

I was shocked at the lack of professionalism of this winery. They young man who worked there completely disrespected us as we didn’t have an appointment. An appointment was not indicated on their website. If a walk in customer shows up be respectful and welcoming. We felt like a burden. I’m surprised such a nice winery has such bad customers service. So many wonderful wineries, no reason to visit this one.

Exceptional property, tasting experience, and wine quality. I can’t recommend this enough. The $50 tasting fee is waived if you purchase $150 of wine. If you’re paying for $50 tastings, I imagine you’re more than OK with spending at least $150 on bottles.
