This place was one of our favorite spots for cocktails and food in Buellton! We stayed next door at the Flying Flags RV park, and the Sideways Lounge is a short walk to get there, part of the Sideways Inn.
The drinks were on point (they made me a proper Negroni that was perfect)! The Belgian fries and dogs were super tasty and indulgent. The outdoor space was really comfortable, and the fire kept us cozy on the chilly night we were there. The whole lounge is very modern, clean, and well-maintained with plenty of seating space indoors and outside.
Mike, the bartender/server, was super friendly and helpful, and he provided us some great tips for exploring wineries around Los Olivos. I will definitely return here next time I'm staying in Buellton!

While staying at Flying Flags, I stumbled across this gem literally on the other side of the campsite. We sat at the bar, and I opted for a stout called "There Does Not Exist: Return to Earth." It was excellent. The interior is elegant and well-maintained, and the bartender was very attentive. Great service and overall experience.
We decided to visit for a round of drinks and were pleasantly surprised with this bar. Drinks were very good. They have Santa Ynez sausages if you're hungry. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely go back.
