food is good. service is fair. no eye contact with server/ cashier when asking for condiments or a bag because order was to go. always seems that there is never enough persons at front counter during lunch hour rush. Somedays when I order a salad I get the whole garden and I can barely close the box. other times a few croutons & 3 cherry tomatoes and a sprinkling of lettuce.

Not one person to help you, limited mobility access, and charred bun so bad puts a charbroil name to shame. Had to send back my order twice ppl at the counter walk away when asking for help there were 6 ppl running everywhere yet only one girl at thd counter who was semi helpful but just kept walking off. Maybe dont do both a drive thru and an eat in restaurant 🤔 wont be back.

Crispy chicken bites and fries were cold. After remaking the fries, they were stiff and flavorless. Burger patties were crispy and dried out. Not sure Habit is the right name for this place.

I stood in front of the cash register for a full 10 minutes, in a freezing cold dining room while the staff repeatedly walked past me unacknowledged. I hope the owner of this restaurant reaches out to me to come in as a manager because I'll fire every last one of those and hire people that care about their job. I never got a chance to find out if the food was any good because the service was so poor that nobody would ask me if I've been helped. My parents owned a diner in New Jersey and I literally grew up in the food service industry. I know when a restaurant isn't being run properly and it's very obvious that this is the case in buellton. I've eaten other habit burgers and the product is very good and the service is always been very good. I totally understand why your restaurant was empty at lunch time on the day after Christmas. Would you like to hire a professional kitchen and restaurant manager?

We stopped here for lunch. There is onsite parking. Handicap parking available and handicap accessible. The order counter rep seemed to be hurried since he was the only one up front. There were a few people for late afternoon lunch. The tables and floor were not clean. Debri on the floor and crumbs on table. Our meal took 45 minutes to be served. This is the longest we've waited for fast food. The sandwiches were good. We probably won't stop here again.

They have a great sandwich here called the SB char, it is a burger on toasted sourdough bread with generous avocado. Also, get potato fries, they're awesome. 👍🏼

The burgers and the sweet potato fries were awesome. The young lady taking our order was very friendly. The other 4 or so ladies working in the kitchen area were really hustling.
Ive come to habit many times and this is by far the worst service ive ever had here! Its been taking forever, sometimes waiting 1/2 hour in drive through. Tonight i sat at the speaker 10 minutes and nobody ever responded. I even honked... cars behind me. When i pulled through to leave employess were standing at the register. No customers, that was about 8:05 pm , they close at 9:30. Terrible!

While it was a good burger, the claim that it’s better than In-N-Out is a stretch in my opinion. The burger reminded me of a better quality Burger King burger and the fries were pretty good. The tempura green beans were wonderful though. It’s certainly worth a try, and a good option, but if there was an In-N-Out next door, I’m choosing In-N-Out each and every time.
