Inconsistent - got our order wrong the last two times. Ordered double char, charged for double char but only get a single patty. Annoying to be charged for something you aren’t getting.
This is a drive-thru order and it’s often not worth the effort to drive all the way back to fix the order.

I don’t buy it! Used to. As an SB native, I remember when the Habit was the bomb! Now, I live in Solvang and the last three times we’ve ordered from Buellton, we’ve had to go back because they have shorted our order. Today, it was my Char Burger. Come guys! Check your orders!!! Not coming back!!

Did not receive my drinks for 2 orders had a child with me didn’t realize until driving home. Called the phone number asked if Santa Maria could honor the 2 drinks I was told no! I asked please I will not have time to head back to Buellton they said you need to drive back or we can not honor it at any other location. I said I would leave a bad a review they said they didn’t care nothing they could do.

Wasn't too happy the store had a flyer on the window saying it was 599 for a cheeseburger when you get to the window to pay if he comes 699 plus this and that it's the first time they've been there and I'll probably be the last because that's false advertising they won't even listen to you they just shut the window on you

We ordered Chicken Club Sandwich and BBQ chicken salad!! Sandwich was perfect!! Salad was ok too simple. I think corn, tortilla chips, and scallions would make this salad perfect. Great customer service!! Highly recomended!!
