Wasn't too happy the store had a flyer on the window saying it was 599 for a cheeseburger when you get to the window to pay if he comes 699 plus this and that it's the first time they've been there and I'll probably be the last because that's false advertising they won't even listen to you they just shut the window on you

We ordered Chicken Club Sandwich and BBQ chicken salad!! Sandwich was perfect!! Salad was ok too simple. I think corn, tortilla chips, and scallions would make this salad perfect. Great customer service!! Highly recomended!!

I ordered a cheeseburger in the drive through service. When I got home, the only thing that was between the buns was cheese. So after I took it back, they offered to make me a new hamburger, and I just asked for a refund. They told me they couldn’t refund me because it was on a credit card. Then asked me to write down my email address so that I could be refunded within the next couple of months, from corporate! That was over a year ago, and I never got refunded.

Today in national hamburger day not only did they not have any special : NO more Mr Pibb, they seem to not want you to order with a human and only use a kiosk (very lame), and worse I ordered cheese on my burger and it came with no cheese, also didn’t taste as good. Habit is going downhill on an oiled slide.

We eat here on average once every week or two and the food (as well as service) is awesome, however, within the past couple weeks everything suddenly shrunk. The number of green beans fell by about 1/3, and both the burger and chicken club sandwiches were significantly smaller than usual. I hate shrinkflation. Just raise the price and keep the food the same.

We were waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes towards the closing time and instead of apologizing they just shut us out and ignored us while we could hear them through the speaker. When we pulled up to the front window, they just closed it and left us waiting. (They were also too stupid to shut off the speaker so we could hear them actively ignoring us while we were parked there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
