While I've given this Habit location multiple chances, unfortunately, it consistently falls short. Waiting times often exceed 20 minutes, and on my last visit, my order was accidentally skipped, resulting in a 30-minute wait without receiving my food. The management appears to be lacking, and the manager's behavior was unprofessional. Overall, I'd recommend saving both your money and time by avoiding this location at all costs. It’s poorly managed.

This was one of the least clean Habit Burger Grills restaurants that I have encountered. The tables were sticky, I could see food on the floor behind the counter where orders were prepared. It was not busy at all and there was a lot. The staff was nice on a positive note.

Well the burgers ? are very small, and I get that we shouldn't discriminate but I do know you shouldn't wear earrings or jewelry while working with food but one guy had a nose ring not too mention two of the workers had bite marks all over there necks ?♀️?♀️ very unprofessional in a professional setting so I won't go back ????

I've eaten at the Santa Maria CA location and I remember not really thrilled about it. This time I was looking forward to having a great burger. Only ordered the burger, wow, I was 3rd car in line, they were served quick. I got to the booth and associate was happy to greet and get my card and processed quick. I swear, it seemed like 10 minutes to get my order of one burger, but I was happy, when I opened the wrapper it looked beautiful, I then took my first bite. Hmm, I was thinking I would get that out of this world taste in the second bite. Well, down to the last bite I got no sensational bite, I kept thinking a McDonald's burger would of tasted better. Oh well, maybe next time.

Stopped here for lunch with my kids and we all liked it. The food was delicious and the employees were friendly and helpful when we asked for a few extra condiments. My only complaint is that their teriyaki burger was really lacking the teriyaki sauce. Not sure if they put any on at all to be honest, but aside from that, the burger itself was good. My kids all loved their burgers, salad and grilled cheese. We will definitely be back.

The Habit itself is good but this location is just awful. The food always seems greasier than any other Habit I've been to. It's quite possibly the slowest fast food experience you'll have. On top of the wait they seem to always mess up at least one thing in your order. Go to the Habit just avoid this Buellton location at all costs.
