Went around 9am for a breakfast sandwich. Ordered egg, cheese, and bacon on a plain bagel and it was really good. My friend ordered the #3 on a spinach and cheddar bagel which was even better! Tasted like a delicious pizza almost Customer service was great too. Very nice people who care about their customers

This one star is because of JOHN!!!! WHO thinks he is going to lecture CUSTOMER for a mistake!! I understand I made a mistake by ordering at wrong location and going to different one to pick up and I apologized---- BUT HE THINKS HE OWN THE WORLD AND LECTURES and SCREAMSSSSS at me for making a mistake.

Their bagels are excellent and fresh and I love their drip coffee. The workers are super sweet too.
You don't have to go to New York for bagels at all. It's a real New York-style bagel restaurant, and it's always crowded even on weekday mornings. I highly recommend this place as a restaurant.

It’s not worth it. The wait times are long whether they’re busy or not. I came on a Saturday around 10:45am and they had almost run out of bagels. Decided to go back on Sunday at 7:20am to get the bagels I really wanted just for the order to be wrong (and still wait a long time). The bagel had hardly any cream cheese in it. The other bagel had cream cheese on the side and I paid for a more expensive cream cheese but was still given the plain one. I repeated the order multiple times to the cashier as she seems confused but it was still wrong. Total let down twice in the same weekend.
