You don't have to go to New York for bagels at all. It's a real New York-style bagel restaurant, and it's always crowded even on weekday mornings. I highly recommend this place as a restaurant.
Occasionally rough wait times, but essentially always worth it. They have delicious bagels and I regularly visit whenever I'm craving a good bagel. Their smoothies that they offer are mediocre, but that's not why you visit. You visit because you want a great bagel with great cream cheese. Just be aware that if you get there late in the day that they will be out of a lot of bagel options.
