I used to love their coffee and Ube waffles. I don't know what happened but they don't taste the same any more. So disappointed. ☹️

I just left. After waiting almost 25 minutes, I received my order just to bit into egg shells a quarter of the way through. The cashier refunded me, but she seem like she hates her job. The staff, the egg shell, I left staring and I tipped cash…. These are all reasons why I will not be returning and this place is 1mile away from me . Nostimo in Westminster is where I should’ve went for my first time experience that pork floss soufflé and coffees look amazing. And maybe they are having an off day but it’s a Sunday 1115 with no line that’s why I decided to come here.. I won’t be coming back

Tucked away in the lower level labyrinth of a multi-level shopping center in Orange County's Koreatown, you'll stumble upon a hidden gem for coffee connoisseurs - a far cry from the familiar franchised brews. And fret not, tech fiends - a reliable 10mbps Wi-Fi shot awaits with each purchased beverage, perfect for fueling your digital world conquests. While the aroma of freshly roasted beans takes center stage, don't let the delectable nibbles pass unnoticed. Scrumptious snacks and decadent cakes whisper sweet temptation, offering the perfect pairing to your coffee odyssey. Whether you're a seasoned coffee snob or a curious explorer, the friendly service promises a comfortable and accommodating haven. The clientele leans young and studious, with a predominantly Asian student crowd setting a peaceful ambiance. So ditch the bustling mall chaos and escape into this quiet sanctuary. With a Tesla Supercharger conveniently located nearby, this coffee nook doubles as the perfect pit stop while your electric steed refuels. Trust me, a steaming cup of their brew is far more enticing than the hum of charging cables. After having these pancakes in Japan last month was delighted to see these available in my area. Ordered the Fruit pancakes for $16. While it tasted okay looking at the other photos we got ripped off apparently. All we got were bananas and nothing else. Don’t think we will be coming back.

Very mellow, cool vibe, great service! Our quad shot americanos with some steamed milk to add on the side were awesome. Perfect for the day after my 50th high school reunion...thank you!

Arrived, we ordered two Vietnamese coffees and clearly ordered two fruit soufflé pancakes. We were excited, and the wait time for just two coffees and two orders of pancakes was almost 25 mins. The Vietnamese coffee barely tasted like coffee and had way too much milk. The server only gave us one order of pancakes, until we realized the cashier only charged us for one order of pancakes. I was still charged for another order after waiting due to their mistake.Everyone was standing around behind the cashier. Once we tried the pancakes, they tasted dry and old. Never again. Charging 15 bucks for an order of garbage pancakes is a scam.

Ordered their popular souffle pancakes, Tiramisu and Strawberry. It was fluffy and light, a bit dry than usual; maybe because it was kinda deflated? But still delightful. For some reason we were expecting a stack of 3 tiers, but they serve only 2 fluffy pancakes per plate. Strawberries were fresh and sweet. The hot latte and cappuccino was okay. The establishment request the guests to bring the plates to an assigned counter before you leave. Good variety of tea selection in pretty book shape boxes; great for gifting. Friendly service.

I wish I could give 5-stars, as the pancakes were delicious, but service was below-par. As first-timers we would've liked some direction or advice on what to order. There's no reason why customers have to be ignored and treated as if they're an inconvenience, especially if there are only two parties in the entire place. The cashier and her bad attitude and sour face took from our experience which is too bad because we really loved the pancakes. As the owner/manager, I'd assign a friendly personality in front. Employees who are not customer service oriented need to stay in the kitchen and not deal with customers. I can't say I won't come back but would definitely not recommend it to anyone I know. Service is everything!

Food is meh. You might think it is cheap compared to other souflee restaurants but at the same time it isn't. Gram cafe has their 6$ per original pancake like this one. I got custard pancakes for 13.95$. there were 2 pancakes. Their pancakes aren't that giant and they kinda had an odd aftertaste. The custard doesn't match up with my level of sweetness preferred. If I were comparing to Chinese custard buns' custards, this is pretty meh. This is like a fast food restaurant, there isn't really a dining experience. You just get ur food and u finish it within 6 minutes because there isn't much to eat. The 3/5 is used to represent how I rate the food.
