The women are great here, but I stopped coming to this location because of the older man that works here he really underfills my containers im not dumb I can feel and see the difference. The woman always fills than packs it in.Go to the Cypress location because they always fill professionally.The five stars are because the ice cream is yummy and the place is clean.

FYI, Getting sprinkles on your ice cream you will be charged as an extra scoop. Highway robbery. $1.99 for sprinkles. Lol Bring your own sprinkles. Besides the old woman owner being rude and glued to her phone while costumers walked in. The ice cream was still delicious.

Updated review after my last visit. This location no longer accepts anything from the BR App that's free unless it's BOGO. I came by for my free birthday scoop and ended up paying $5 for a 4 oz scoop of ice cream which is ridiculous.I guess the owner or manager changed since I was able to get a welcome scoop here in March. Oh well!

Came here today ordered a scoop and was shorted. Have been here before depending on who is working and never had this issue. The older gentlemen here and the Girl with red hair are great they always make the ice cream correctly with a true full scoop. Everyone else doesn't. Please fix this issue.

Lady working there wasn't friendly . I was very disappointed to get a old crusty waffle cup that was on display. I feel robbed after paying $9 bucks for my ice cream waffle cup . Not coming back here again .
