Chicken is delicious. We have not eaten on site and usually order for pick up. Our biggest complaint is the time from their app and Door Dash are often inaccurate and even from the employees. We get texts and check the app stating our order is ready to find out we still have about 20+/- min. to wait when we arrive. This has happened 2 out 4 times so far.

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this time around. The food was good. Wings were great. However, the ambience and the loud drunk people in the restaurant made it a horrible experience for my family. They were very loud and were being very rude and disrespectful. I was hoping the staff there could quiet the drunk crowds there where families have come to have a good time and enjoy good food. But the obnoxiously loud crowd got louder and louder. They were in their 40's to 50's too so it was embarassing how kids were better behaved than them. Please, do something about the drunk and obnoxiously loud crowd or at least tell them to quiet down. Thank you.

We ordered take out and was given a 25min wait. We waited 40 minutes inside. Apparently our order was already out but no one notified us. There were 3 employees in the front doing nothing. Wasn't busy at all. When asked about our order they were very rude. They gave us the wrong order. We told them it wasn't what we ordered but they argued back say that it was. They literally gave us the next person's order. Not apologetic at all. Terrible experience. The front employees need to do better.

The bbq chicken on beach blvd in buena park is an absolute scam. Its 2 breast 2 thighs and 2 wings 2 legs to a whole chicken. THESE SCAMMERS GIVE YOU ONE OF EACH AND THEN THEY CUT THEM IN HALF AND GIVE YOU A PORTION OF THE BACK BONE OF THE CHICKEN TO SERVE AS A PIECE OF CHICKEN AND CHARGE YOU AS IF THEYRE GIVING YOU WHAT THE DESCRIPTION SAYS.
They will never get another penny from me and if youre smart youll never buy from these scammers again. Also they may even sib one of your pieces for a spoiled piece. Just do tourself a favor and order elsewhere.
Note their reply is completely wrong. When you order a whole chicken you dont elreceive a whole chicken. You receive half of a whole chicken. THERE IS 2 breast on a whole chicken not 1! No wonder your sales are dropping. Everyone is tired of your scam!

It was honestly one of the best I’ve had. The chicken was tender with absolutely no smell—just clean, fresh flavor. The seasoning had a good balance and the crunch stayed even after it cooled down.

I have tried others but I still come back to this location. They have the best chicken, size and full of flavor and absolutely beautiful service. Always make me feel welcome. The atmosphere is beautiful, to me its like I'm in one of the Korean shows lol but then thats me. Keep on being Amazing 👏

I just wanted to share how much our family loves your restaurant. We’re big fans of BBQ chicken, and especially the golden boneless varieties—those are definitely our favorites! The beer pairings are great too, and it makes for a perfect spot for a family dinner. Plus, we absolutely love that you offer a lunch box option with chicken, rice, and tteokbokki—my kids absolutely love it in their lunch box!
