Customer service here is really bad I do not recommend going the food is really good but the waitresses are rude and so unprofessional they seem to be racist to any other race that is not theirs. I have gone couple of times to give it another chance because yes we are humans and sometimes we have bad days but not going anymore. The attitude they give to their customers seems personal and about race, because everytime we go we are last to be serve and rarely come and check one us and when we ask for something they take their time, and people (their race) that came after us are served first and often been checked

The food here is great but the service is HORIBBLE , I have gone already 3 times just for the food but Saturday I was really disappointed how disrespectful the waitress are, not sure if is racism because every time we go they attend us last. I asked for a dressing of ranch couple of times and they kept ignoring us and when they finally brought it they brought a really small portion and I did not say much so when It was time to leave I asked for a box to go and and 4 ranch (since I know how stingy they are) when they brought it looked like they just few drops of ranch. So I combined all 4 together and it was just enough to complete one small container as they see me doing this I saw they were laughing at the cashier desk. The girl then came laughing saying if we actually wanted ranch we had to pay for it. i don"t mind paying for it but that kind of behaviour is not correct and so disrespectful ! especially after couple of times we have tried to go and everytime is the same attitude.

I’ve had their chicken at the LA locations and love the food offerings.
I had the honey garlic 10 piece and also cheesling 10 piece. Both were delicious, I just wish they were a little less bready, but still a solid wing. Flavor was right and delicious enough to not eat a dip, but their ranch sauce was excellent too.
I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

This place is ridiculous, they charge the same prices as other bbq chickens but serve smaller portions, the cheeseling fries or chicken doesnt even get that much cheese seasoning its like theyre trying skimp on the powder. I made the mistake of going here instead of the one in Anaheim, wont make that mistake again. Only an idiot would go here and be charged for smaller portions. Dont go here go to other bbq chickens at least then you wont feel scammed.
Vegetarian options: Scammers who charge more for less.

I have been coming here for very long time and I love their wings but recently their wings (the meat) got so small. It was fat juicy wings before but now it's skinny and dried wings.. quality is going down .. when the korean lady is in the kitchen foods are great, if not they are bad..
same with service from the severs too.. lack of attentions when dining in... I had to call the place to have them come to our table WHEN DINING IN lol.. and every time I call to place a togo order sounds like I am talking to chatgpt
Good overall, though food didn’t match the photos. No visible chilis, and no fried egg on the egg fried rice. No real spice to the Gangjeong chicken, either. Large portions, enough for 2 meals.

I typically recommend going to bbq chicken, but I think tonight will be the last. Our tennis club usually goes when we feel like some chicken. Today some waiter boy gave off weird vibes. Not very customer oriented, acted like he didn't want to be there and just overall a rude. It was six of us and asked for some cabbage refills (2 small plates) and he came back with a snarky remark saying that this is the last plate that we can get for cabbage and only give us one. Wth? Lol we typically order more as we go, but we didn't feel like eating anymore there and I don't think we'll be coming back any time. The yangyum chicken was soggy and then the soy garlic tasted burnt. Only thing good was the original. Such a shame this place turned into this.

I usually have honey garlic chicken. It was great. but I ordered the golden original one and the secret sauce(양념치킨) one today. It was so bad. No crispy, no fresh, and the seasoning is not good either. I wanted to get or order a honey garlic source for my kid. but they said, headquarters told them not to sell it to customers. They're also not kind. I'll never buy it again.
