Omg it deserves all the stars in the world, super clean, super spacious, very well attended by all the staff, it's very popular, people couldn't stop coming in... that means it's great, I personally like it It looks like the chicken we eat in Colombia, it has no fat omg what else can I say. I walked in this restaurant only to be attacked by a cashier i asked him one question and he was rude yelling at me all i did was be black .. yes i said it I’m a black women and he said i was crazy over a question then tried to put me out and snatched a card out my hand smh this is unacceptable behavior this guy had no kinda nothing for me and i went back in to spend money but he wasn’t having it this has got to stop especially in the city of Buena Park

They're starting to skimp on the sauce. Probably about 30 to 40% covered so you're basically getting the plain flavored wings with a little bit of sauce on it.
Good location, quality foods, good atmosphere of outside dinning.

BEWARE POC! I visited this place twice - the first experience a couple months ago, I noticed that our food was taking long. My wife and I sat in the patio and we felt like we did not exist. People sat down way after us and were served quicker. We had to follow up with our server a couple of times and ask when our food was coming out; her response was "I'm so sorry". We must have ate 4 plates of that plain horrible salad while waiting for our food. FAST FORWARD to today, we went back because I always give a place the benefit of the doubt, but what my family and I experienced was just uncalled for. Once again, I observed 3 couples walk in 10-15 minutes after us and all 3 were served before us. NEVER did our server come to check on us at any point and when we flagged down a different server to explain that we never received our food, all she could say was "I'm so sorry, I'll go check" and then disappeared. They must be trained to say "i'm so sorry". WELL stop saying "i'm so sorry" and just treat ALL customers of color the same. To the owner, you might want to start having weekly customer service trainings on how your employees should treat every customer that walks through your door to spend their HARD EARNED money. We could have gone somewhere else to eat, but we chose to go to your place and the way we got serviced was horrible. People work hard to earn a living and when they go out to a restaurant, they want to feel good on what they spend. In this case, my family and I DID NOT feel good about spending our money at your place. Never again will I step foot into that bad environment. Treat all your customers the same when they walk through that door as they are the ones that allow you,the owner, to earn a good living.

Food: Great chicken! I always get the spicy wings. They also serve Shin Ramen at this location, which you can get by asking.Service: Always amazing, there's not that many workers but they provide excellent service.Ambiance: Always some great K-pop playing, always a good time

If you're looking for a chicken place to be fast and ready this isn't for you. But the 25 minute min wait makes this; My favorite chicken place, only thing you can guarantee here is freshhhhhh chicken, The half and half full chicken with a side of white rice The lunch combos are perfect too if you can make it in during their lunch special timing

9/28/2023 = 5 Star = We tried original and secret sauce , too sweet for me but my kids love it .8/18/2023 = 5 STAR = i tried my son's favorite fried chicken , i think no doubt this fried chicken is so good , i order the original fried chicken and the sweetpotato fries are always the best , will keep coming back .
