A place I go often with my kids, we usually have beef soft bean stew and galbi combo. The food there always tastes consistently good. The staff's service is superb, too.

Not family friendly. Terrible service. Did not allow strollers for a newborn baby when they have plenty of room in and outside the restaurant. Will be making the extra drive to go to the garden grove location.

The place is quite big with many tables. The service is fast. The foods are quite good, some side dishes which include fried small fish beside kimchie etc. The combo is quite good, if you are not eat a lot, you can share it. Good place to eat with family and friends.

Always a wonderful experience! The food is delicious and comforting, but what really makes this place special is the staff. The aunties are incredibly kind and sweet to my kids, making us feel right at home every time we visit. Their warm hospitality, paired with flavorful tofu soups and tasty sides, keeps us coming back. A perfect spot for a family meal with genuine care and amazing Korean comfort food.

I went there a little later at 3 pm and no customers.I and my wife ordered 2 sea food tofu and an old lady brought hot rice pot immediatly . She said the rice pot was hot but it was not hot at all. Looks like it was out for quite a long time. Fresh hot rice pot was very essential for tofu restaurants. Maybe they made for lunch traffic and held it for a long time. Anyway, very disappointed and never back again. There are a lot of good tofu restaurants in LA/OC. Very disappointed.

I don't know what it is, but this BCD location is OK, but not great compared to other ones. I've been a customer of BCD since 1997, from the original BCD. It's just not the same any more, I'm not sure why. Still good, but not the same...

Out of all the BCDs I go to this one has the highest quality flavor and they do not skimp on anything. I usually get a big combo and take half home for next day's lunch. If you need an extra stone bowl rice or banchan or something they got you covered and they are open super late too! So it's great if you get in late at night and need a quick but filling meal.

This location is consistently good! Not all the locations are the same. This place does a great job with food quality, fast service, and cleanliness. I've been going here a few times now. Banchan have been good, fresh, and continuously refilled. Their kimchi is one of my favorites. The ladies here are so nice and quick! They have a pleasant attitude on all the times I've visited. I tried the spicy marinated crabs here for the first time. It was delicious, and it hit the spot. The galbi and tofu soup at BCD was yummy as always. Parking lot can get full since it's shares with other popular establishments.

Tofu is great
As soon as we arrived, we were asked to add our names to the waitlist--despite several clean, clearly available tables ready for customers. We complied and waited outside for about ten minutes until we were called back in. After checking in again, we stood near the host stand for another five minutes, completely ignored, while staff walked past us and continued serving other parties.
There was no explanation, no acknowledgement, and still no attempt to seat us--despite the fact that multiple tables remained open. It's hard not to wonder whether this cold reception had something to do with the fact that my boyfriend is Indian or that I am Chinese. We made every effort to be patient and polite, but were met with indifference at best.
Extremely disappointing and disheartening. We left feeling unwelcome, and sadly, not entirely surprised.

I visited the BCD Tofu House in Buena Park and ordered the spicy gopchang (beef intestine) soon tofu. Unfortunately, the flavor was quite disappointing. Despite ordering it spicy, the broth was very bland and lacked depth. It tasted watered-down and didn’t have the rich, savory flavor I was expecting. Overall, the dish felt under-seasoned and didn’t live up to the usual standards I’ve experienced at other BCD locations.
Went on a Friday night and the 4 of us were seated right away. We ordered japchae, seafood pancake, bulgogi and galbi. Been to several bcd tofu locations even in Georgia and it's always been consistently good. The service was fast.
In a strip mall. No ambience but food was tasty.
