I writing about the horrible experience we just received
I prepurchased seats at the dueling piano show on 8/23 for my mother's 70th birthday surprise party. I get to the show to find out that the general manager Julio Duran had cancelled the show that evening to host a private party, which the staff wasn't even unaware of until that day.
I booked my reservation over a week in advance.
I was told by staff that the restaurant called to cancel. I checked voicemails and it came in at 3:16pm which is short notice to reschedule a surprise 70th birthday party. The staff informed me that the private party was booked since February. Why the hell did I get a same day cancellation??????? Why was I even allowed to prebooked for that night????
The poor staff was left to defend the piss poor management decisions that were made and they weren't even aware of the cancelled show till that day. Yet Julio was in Florida at a conference or visiting the headquarters so there was no management to speak to.
They ruined my mom's birthday party and the whole thing was cancelled.
In addition, they didn't automatically refund the money for the reservation. I had to request it.
Do not go here till they can figure out how to manage.

Very disappointed with the girl and guy playing the pianos. We challenges them and gave our request for a song with a 20 dollar bill just to be told they didn't like the song (Dance Monkey) and won't play it for us, but they kept the money, without even asking us if we wanted to replace our request for a different tune.

Great service and amazing entertainers. Steven and Vanessa did a great job! Didn't have to pay for parking but was offered to do so over the phone so I wonder about that? Anyways, highly recommend

The service was really good the entertainers were very talented! When i have attended other dueling piano venues there are usually more musicians and a more dynamic show. Again hats off to the two piano players.
Parking: The parking was very deceptive because they made you pay $7 per car online. I paid for two cars even though we ended up only arriving with one, but of course no refunds. But the real clincher was there was plenty of parking and they were not checking for people who paid for parking so you could park anywhere. So, we ended up paying $14 when we didn't need to.

Entry fee to get into a "secret bar" with live music. Staff is very friendly and helpful in assisting your decisions for beverages. Dueling pianos are so entertaining, the more songs you enter the more fun you have through the night.

First the obvious, the food is terrible. The appetizers taste like the frozen appetizers you'd get at the grocery store. Drinks are okay, but very weak.
The set up is a bit different than other dueling piano bars I've been to. The tables are set up like it is a bingo hall or wedding reception. Definitely doesn't feel like a lively bar. The place was about half full on a Saturday night. The performers definitely put a lot of effort in, but not the caliber of singers I'd expect for the Los Angeles area. Definitely a step down from How at the Moon that used to be at universal City walk.

So much fun!! Make sure to request a song and it can be almost anything. Even rap music lol. It was funny and showed how talented they were when trying to do some of these songs.

My husband and I had a great time! It was our first time ever going to a dueling piano bar and had so much fun! It was our anniversary and it was a very special time. The staff was fun and very quickly with food orders. Will definitely be going back soon!
