We had a reservation and we're seated pretty much right away. However, our server took about 10 or 15 minutes to come to our table instead, she took care of the people across from us and on another row. We had to ask for a drink refill several times. We also had to ask for more bread. One of our appetizers was a spinach dip, and it was not very tasty.

Went for steak and lobster combo. After ordering and after 15 minutes, was told no more lobster. This was very disappointing for our whole group since the lobster was the whole reason we came to Black Angus. Not impressed with the wait staff since she kept saying it wasn't her fault it was the kitchen. It was too late for us to go somewhere else.

We had an 830 reservation and towards 930 we felt like we were being rushed to finish. Asked for my second glass of ice tea and there was no ice.

Had a terrible experience. I am not new to Black Angus. Usually their service and food is really good. However, today, which is New Year's Eve was very busy. My food came out cold and my meat was not well done as I requested. And the worst thing is there was a dirty spoon given with my soup. It was sticky, and there was still leftover food on there. I don't think it ever got washed. I feel that the manager should have spoken to us at least an apologized and compensated us. All she did was give us another spoon. Not very professional and businesslike.

I celebrated my birthday with friends and our waitress is so nice, funny and accommodating. The whole kitchen crew sang and greet me for my birthday! The is amazing!

The service was subpar at best. Our waiter started off great. Brought drinks and said the bread is coming out of the oven now. 20 min later we are served cold dry bread along with our appetizer. More than 30 minutes later our food finally arrives. Now Black Angus is a steak house so I have high expectations when it comes to our steak. My son ordered filet mignon medium well and I ordered a ribeye well done. My son's fillet was bloody and my ribeye instead of just cooking it well done they split it in half so all the juices left and it was dry as can be. We sent the filet back and ordered it to go and I took my ribeye togo as well. We had to ask for refills which is unacceptable when you have not only a waiter but all the other employees as well. If you see an empty glass, ask. We asked for our check and no lie 15 min later we still did not have it. Seriously the waiter was MIA the entire 2 hours we were there. We will not be returning to this location again. I could have gone to Benihana for a show with my dinner for 2 hours. Ridiculous amount of time just sitting and waiting.

Good experience sitting in bar area during Thanksgiving dinner. Football games on and service was great. Just the vegetables were cold with the turkey dinner.

Made the reservation for 6 pm and showed up at 5:35 and the place was super packed, staff looked super flustered. Was sat early which was great but when ordering we overheard they did not have the normal bread that is given. We ordered our food and after like 25 minutes of ordering was told that they did not have any ranch also. After another 15-25 minutes we finally got our 1 steak salad and my Veterans Day meal. My steaks plate was hot but all the food was cold. All in all this place always has issue with so many things that I chose not to eat here but I figured give them a chance on Veterans Day, won't do that again.
