Finally a boba place at Knott's, right? Don't get excited just yet. A small backstory; in 2018, Knott's debuted their boysenberry boba milk tea for the Boysenberry Festival. That was before this place opened, so it was a one-off boba offering and it was really tasty! The price was a reasonable $4.99. Fast forward to now. We decided that drink would be a great way to end our visit for the day, so we stopped by Boba Knotts to grab one. The menu has a few common offerings you will find at boba shops, but we knew we wanted a Knott's exclusive so we ordered the boysenberry. The price is up to $8 now!! For comparison, the dozens of boba places not far from the park have drinks ranging closer to the $5-$6 area, and are sweet and delicious with sticky flavorful boba. Unfortunately that was not our experience with Boba Knotts. Upon first taste, it seemed as though this was made with too much syrup. I couldn't take more than a couple sips but I did not enjoy it. Somehow worse was the boba; good boba it cooked or soaked in some type of syrup, often a brown sugar syrup or honey or something. Here? Nada. The boba was plain, just cooked and unflavored with no sticky sweetness. The texture of the boba was fine, but they could have dialed this up by either 1) stirring the boba into a brown sugar syrup and reducing the syrup in the drink, or 2) stir the boba into a boysenberry syrup and also reduce the syrup in the drink. We won't be back to this place and we won't pay $8 for milk tea either. Sad because we wanted to like it, but if you NEED milk tea, I promise there are better places to get it nearby. I won't name any names but my favorite two places are up Beach Blvd near a popular Korean grocery. One final note; there are no hours posted on the door or window or anywhere so you won't know when they are actually open. We have stopped by during reasonable business hours and they were closed. Just try the door and see if it opens; you won't see customers or staff when you peek in so just see if the door opens.

This place is never open even on the sign it says open at and there's no hours. We've been here over 20 times to Knotts Berry Farm, this year alone and have only seen it open except for once. Also, I got a milk tea and it tasted more like creamer than it did anything.

Went there around 6-7pm after a long day of walking around the park with my siblings and ordered a Thai milk tea boba and a Carmel milk tea boba. The smell of the entire place was like spray can butter and was making me slightly nauseous.Drinks only took 5 mins and the staff were polite with telling me they were had no macarons since it’s out of season (? Idk). The main problem was caramel milk tea, it was a big disappointment with how watery and bland it tasted. The description said it was supposed to be a mix of black milk tea and caramel flavoring, all I tasted was water with a slight burnt almond flavor. It was 7-8 dollars and definitely not worth it.The Thai milk tea was good and tested like it was supposed to but the tapioca in both of the drinks just tasted really bad. Would not recommend this place, there’s boba shops at the mall centers nearby that would’ve been better.I don’t know how the pastry’s taste but they looked nice enough.Dietary restrictions: It’s mostly sweet pastry’s and bread, so nothing very filling if you’re looking to sit and eat. Recommend eating somewhere outside the park if you want something filling and not expensive.

Ordered brown sugar boba drinks but it was way too watery with little to no brown sugar. It was served quickly. Didn't try the pastries.

i ordered the caramel milk tea that needed much more caramel and black tea. it tasted like straight half and half coffee creamer with a literal 1/2 splash of black tea. might not try again until i see this yelp page get at least with 4 stars.

Ordered 3 boba teas and they were all disgusting. Initially, all of the flavor was concentrated at the bottom, which is gross as heck. After the drinks were mixed, they were flavorless. Also, when my number was called & I went to pick up my drink, the server asked to see my receipt, which she hadn't done for the customers before me. It was very insulting & annoying

How is this place considered a boba place.? Bought 3 milk tea boba and 1 thai tea. All tasted like watered down milk. Worst boba ever tasted. Way over priced for a cup of milk. Management needs to do something. No wonder we were the only ones there in the evening. Skip this place 100% and go to Starbucks around the corner.

I went looking for boysenberry type tea and they had it here. The interior is pretty cool with the theme of Knotts. Everything is a bit overpriced but besides that fact the food is actually pretty good in my opinion. Boysenberry tea was pretty much exactly like it be, milk tea with boysenberry flavor and it was pretty good! Not $8 good but pretty solid. I'd recommend trying out the Monte Cristo popper. For one not many places have Monte Cristo and two, it's pretty tasty here. Make sure to have them drizzle the boysenberry jam on top because it's a game changer. $9 for three pieces and a medium sized chip isn't bad at all! Overall place was not as bad as I was expecting. Also they take season pass discount so make sure to get your 10%!

Service was quick, the staff very pleasant and we had the whole place pretty much to ourselves. We liked the cleanliness of this place since it's so new. We wished it had been opened when we first arrived at park opening at 10 am so we could have had tea and waffles for breakfast but it doesn't open until 11. I hope they expand their menu in the near future. The boysenberry milk tea with boba and the boysenberry fruit tea with strawberry popping boba were delicious and refreshing. My child enjoyed the bubble waffle but was disappointed it was regular boba on a waffle instead of either popping boba on a waffle or more like the bubble waffle/ice cream cones that we've had from other bubble tea places. All in all, we will definitely return.

Unfortunate miss.Being at the entrance to Knottsberry Farm , they have a natural opportunity for a great business, yet they fail as a result of poor management. They didn't have enough bread to make a panini sandwich and were not allowed (manager policy) to make a substitution with a croissant, which they did have, so we declined ordering it. Then we ordered the 10 piece popcorn chicken. After waiting a substantial amount of time, it was ready and our order number called out, however, it came out with only six pieces as "they didn't have enough to make the full order". What??? I asked to speak to the manager and explained that running out of items is a poor reflection on the business and asked if I could pick something from the desert display case. Her reply: "something small". When you don't treat customers with value, it shows you don't value the business you've been entrusted with.

I was really excited when I saw the name of this place. As someone who gets boba 4 or 5 times a week, I'm always on the hunt for new boba shops. Sadly, this place is so overpriced and underwhelming. Now I know why apon my approach of the place it was completely empty inside. My drink was so bad I could only manage 2 sips until tossing it away. The food didn't look good either. I won't be returning to this place.

I hate that they open and close the place at 11 am daily. Like they would make wayyyy more money if they kept it open all day and for people who probably want boba after a long day its kinda disappointing :(

We enjoyed our boba! We ordered the boysenberry boba milks and the boysenberry smoothie with tapioca pearls. The whole family enjoyed. I would definitely go again.
