Yesterday 04/16/24 we went with my family around 7:30 pm, they take a long time to take us the order after that when they brought the food it was really cold, we wait 25 min to they brought us another drink, my husband talked with the manager and he was so rude bad service

Filthy atmosphere, rude and disrespectful to the customers. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting. The food (specifically fries) was served in smaller portions as compared to other Buffalo Wild Wings locations, and the manager was rude, and was looking for a fight. We just asked for boxes and left.

Don’t listen to all the Karen’s bashing this place. I came in today to enjoy a beer and some wings and that’s what I did. The atmosphere is great and the staff is even better. They greeted me with smiling faces and made me feel at home. Will be coming back for some more good times.

Worse customer service ever! I order my food on Super Bowl! Order was cold and half wrong!I paid almost 50 dollars! They do not want to do a refund! This is unacceptable! They let people cutt in front of me. Order was wrong! Didn’t even get to eat the food as it was cold and wrong order! I spoke with supervisor that was working that day and the supervisor Jessica the next day. They are just beating around the bush. Using the Super Bowl as an excuse! I even showed up early to make sure my order was right. Which they stated they have yet to received my order yet. Worse customer service ever! I do not recommend this location. Oh they wanted to offer me 15 dollars store credit! What?!? After I paid almost 50 dollars for my order!!!

Tuesday night Service was drastic and place was almost empty… few servers to ask 3xs what beer did i order …? are u serious.. my dog can bring me the right beer to my couch and faster then flash.. cancelled one of the beers….plus wrong salad and hour later for the right salad… geez.. we got samplers…nicely n politely stacked up dirty dishes.. they noticed 15 mns later… what a waste coming around to this place on a rainy night… i could just imagine if we were sitting out in the patio. They would have probably forgotten they had people out side… go somewhere else…

Had a great time here with my friends. Servers were very friendly. Great food.Parking: It's at the mall so unless you park far away you're going to have trouble finding any spots.

I ordered the chicken street tacos they were a little salty but delicious.I like the atmosphere it was nice and clean many large screen TVs playing sports what I really liked was that it wasn't so loud in there that you had to yell to communicate to the with the people at your table.
I am only limited on my experience here because a server didn't want to accommodate us to dine in the patio. Now we have a service animal. No not a fake one, a real service animal for the need that is needed.Our dog is used for my wife who suffers from depression and anxiety attacks. Dog is also used to help my son who has a heart condition (Aeortic Vulvar Stenosis) to be exact. We were offered to dine inside but there was a wait as always. Bar was open. But why is it so damn difficult to dine in the patio. There's tables out there. For almost a year now that patio is somehow forbidden. Is there anyone that can explain being unable to utilize that beautiful patio? Other than for workers to smoke.Now the reason I said,"No, not a fake one, a real one." Is because there was some tall thin about 65 yr old Anglo-Saxon walked in with his whatever. Couldn't be wife because he wasn't holding her hand,arm around her, or even opened the door for her. But walked into Buffalo Wild Wings at 7:30 pm and looked at my family and the dog with his vest on and said, "You know you shouldn't be lying to people like that." He and his mate sat in the bar facing east (bar).The nerve of this funking prick. Is that the type of people your establishment rather accommodate?

The manager lady was very unpleasant and refused my gift certificate. She was not a good leader. Please be nicer to people or maybe move to the back of the restaurant. Your male server was great. He should be the manager.

Place was dirty as hell, there was a cockroach on our table, and I found a wing in the bathroom. The server was counting our drinks and basically was kicking us out at 6:20 on a Wednesday night. Not coming back babes.
