The boysenberry ice cream here is delicious and you get a generous helping for a single scoop cone. They also have lots of other ice cream flavours. They serve Thriftys brand ice cream here.

Service was impeccable and over the top with their costume service. I recently went here. Danyele was so incredible. I disclosed to her that i was feeding 5 kids and she promptly took GREAT CARE of us by providing extra cups to split up the ice cream. A small gesture going such a long way. I thankHer so much Danyele really made out evening. She is amazing! If you go there and see her tell her i say HELLO!

Place located outside of Knotts Berry Farm, Great customer service, and delicious desserts, which are not included in the yearly pass, they give you a discount so it's ok,

Drove down 25 minutes to Knott’s because my mom & I were having a sweet tooth for a funnel cake. The parks official website said it was open & come to find out it was closed I asked 2 different cast members and they gave vague answers to it was closed “it’s open every other day when we have staff” another said “if it’s not open by now it won’t be open tonight, you have to check the website for accuracy” it was 7:30pm. Terrible do better

The snoopy room was full of all the details you'd expect from another nearby park. Free snoopy stuffed animals and cut outs on the wall right down to the themed carpet! Walking distance to the park and there's a pool and restaurant on-site.

We stayed for two nights two weeks ago. It didn't state on the website that most of the hotel was closed Inc check in, the restaurant, gift shop etc. So we checked In at a small pop up check in location to the side of the building. The staff were friendly and informative. We had a room on the 6th floor with two large beds, bathroom, coffee maker and a very large TV. The rooms have been re decorated nicely, although I did want to book the old snoopy room they used to offer for my daughter. The beds were comfy and there was no noise from other rooms. However, we could hear kids playing on the basketball court until 10pm. This wasn't too bad as we were just going to bed as they stopped. If you wanted an early night though it would be aggravating. It's only a 5 min walk to the entrance to the park and the starbucks, gift stores and the chicken restaurant. We also walked for about 15 mins the next morning up to the mcdonalds. There is also a Dennys and IHOP a 5 min drive away. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if visiting again as its not the best area and you can see the other motels over the road don't look very inviting.

RUDE EMPLOYEES. I was listening to music, alone, at midnight. the person next door pounded on the wall. Then the front desk called, fabricating, a scuffle. I very said . "Im alone" and in bed. She wasn't making sense, second guessing me, jumping to delusional conclusions. I leaped out of bed, packed by things, and left! said nothing about the wall pounding. I guess some guests, demand, unreasonable expectations from others' I could barely hear my music. I was so irritated, I left. I refuse to tolerate nonsense

Have not eaten here yet. Tried a while ago and it was closed due to painting and so I wasted time and gas going there as you can not reach them via phone. The number is to a recorded self-serve Knotts number and they are no an option on the list.

This hotel gets a Very Good, Based on it's location of being on the grounds of Knott's Berry Farm, No parking issues, just walk right over and back. Otherwise, it is your basic overpriced tourist hotel, with outdated rooms.NO "WOW" factor at this property, which it should have at the prices they charge. In all fairness they are planning renovations, but at the time of our visit the rooms were very outdated. Staff were all friendly & helpful and the rooms and property were clean as they should be. We would stay here again just for the convenience factor/location. There is a 7/11 on the corner, a short walk from the Hotel Lobby which can and will save you tons of money on coffee and snacks, etc... You are also a very short car ride away from a Wall-Mart, as well as all the Fast Food/Casual restaurants you could ever need. Overall Rating ~ Very Good.

The staff is so nice and friendly, always feels like home when we go. Comfortable rooms, easy access and great parking. Very clean hotel. Pool, hot tub, Basketball court, tennis court. Lots to choose from. We did everything except tennis. Room service was great. Very easy walking to the park. Snoopy meat and greet in the lobby every morning.

We've been to Knotscary Farms many times in the last twenty years, and always stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott a mile down the street, since it was cheaper bu still walking distance. However, we haven't been here for 6 years, and in that time, Knottsberry Farm Hotel has now become the same price. We figured, 'Why not?', and bought the Gruesome Getaway Package. It includes hotel, parking, early entry, fright and fast lane (vip entry for hoth rides and haunts), souvenir t-shirts, pre-entry 'Boo-fet', and breakfast in the morning. That's a lot to keep track of for anyone. Additionally, we had requested extra pillows when we made the reservation. Now here's where I extol the virtues of one of the best front desk people I have ever encountered. Andrew pulled up my name upon check-in, gave me vouchers for each of the above, asked for sizes for the shirts, and made certain that I understood it all. I recieved the shirts, the vouchers, and was pleasantly informed that my room was ready, and the extra pillows had been delivered. He was pleasant, efficient, and smiled as if this were the best job in the world. He made me feel immediately taken care of, and was an awesome beginning to a lovely stay.

Nice hotel, we found it quiet despite all the kids. The pool however was a too busy with them. No chance to get a quiet swim. Restaurant in the hotel was very nice. Just a bit far out from the centre of LA for us.
