How disgusting. I called and order premade icing for 50 cupcakes. Sent my husband to pick up the order he came home with 38 POUNDS of icing. Who the HELL uses 3/4 pound of icing per cupcake?. I called and was told, well next time he should know how much he needs. NO NEXT TIME! and where is YOUR EXPERTISE AND ADVICE. RIPPED OFFAND SHAME ON YOU CALICO!

Today I came in for thanksgiving sprinkles and blue fondant. I grabbed it and the blue fondant was ROCK hard. I checked the expiration date & it had expire May 2021. I grabbed packets from the back of that one & they were all expired. I don’t recommend buying their buttercream or chocolate or anything edible… who knows when they change it.

Literally had everything I could think of and more. Was buying for my mom and was in here for over 30 minutes because there were so many options and she didn’t have a specific list of what she needed so I had to show her everything lol

Feel sorry for the prior owners. What once was an amazing place is horrible now. Customer is really bad, stock is low and price has gone up. I wouldn't mind paying price difference, but not with horrible customer service. Time to find a new place.

Cake was finished on time. The ladies there are very friendly. The design theme of the cake which was Blues Clues was perfect. Most of all cake was delicious. It was also local. This will be my cake spot.
Went there to get some supplies, the owners daughter is taking over, daughter is very rude. Seems like she does not want to be there. I said how much I loved this shop and that I have been coming here for over 30 years, she said " It looks like it" she needs to learn how to treat the customers. I will not be back. Once a great place to shop and get supplies. Not anymore. Very sad.

Rude, asked when would a shipment be coming in was told when the company makes it and decides to send it.. Didn't let your sorry attitude ruin my day. Use to be a awesome store they seem miserable being there.. Onto a different store

Terrible customer service. The original owners were polite and helpful. Someone there needs to learn to order products when they are getting low. A little price gouging going on too. Sad, this used to be a friendly place.
