Whenever I'm in line in the drive thru waiting to use a reward on my app, the 15 minute window to use the reward is close to expiring by the time I make it to the window to get my food. Writing this review while waiting behind 2 cars at their drive-thru...
While the food is good (better than most Carl's Jr.s in the area) and the workers are nice and friendly, their Drive-thru times are consistently terrible. I would come here in the morning and there would be times I would wait more than 20 minutes for just 2 vehicles ahead of me for small orders.
Don't drive through here if you're hoping for a quick pick up.

They forgot my cheese jalapeños i waiting on line for 10 minits until they took my order the meet was dry I came back to the line to tell about my jalapeños and they said I was in the bag and it wasn't there
