I go every Friday for my prayer I use to pass by but lately due my diet I start going to get charbroiled chicken one day I was very hungry and stopped here Araceli took my order and and gave me the best hot chicken and sauce she invited me to come to her store and promise to take care of my order she is always pleasant and very happy person I love that she doesn't frown on small order and gives me she said if not other carls jr help you you come here and .that opens the door for my weekly visit to this location. I wish they have employee like this location I believe this location is very nice and today channel also help me what great bunch of people including manger they take care of there customer and treat them very nice I live in Fullerton but I wish this company should have people like this in la mirada and lahabra location. Visiting family from out of state and so we stopped by drive thru to grab lunch. They had us pull to the front to wait since our food was not yet ready. We didnt wait terribly long but when we got our food, my wife told me that the fries we ordered was wrong. A little annoyed but whatever. When we got home, we found out that a part of our order was missing. Nearly 50 bucks spent on fast-food and couldn't even get the order right. My wife did check before we left but she said the bag was full and assumed the rest of our order was at the bottom. Absolutely unacceptable.

The older lady who was working in the front stared me down as I walked in and didn’t bother greeting me. She was still at the front but didn’t bother helping me so I stood there for a good 7 minutes until someone else came over to take my order . Food made me sick

I asked for hot hash browns and that’s just what I got . I wasn’t met with an attitude about food I’m paying for. I’ve been cutting places off if I ask for hot fries or hash browns and don’t get them. It’s my money I want what I want not what staff wanna give me it’s as simple as that. You’re not psychics so how could you know I’m on my way and time. This Carls Jr respects hot and fresh.

Went in late night last night after a concert. I have no idea if the grill was just excessively dirty or if the food was left at the wrong temp or was just old BUT my sister and I both started feeling ill before we even finished eating. We were both vomiting almost immediately after eating here. Beware of the food poisoning you might get eating here

I’ve been a regular customer for years and each time i forget to leave this place a great review. The food is always hot and fresh when I go and the employees such as Saly , Gracie and their manager Ana are all very friendly and have a very contagious smile they are always going above and beyond for their customers. Ana is always super helpful and friendly whenever there’s a confusion or errors with orders and that’s nice to observe as I’ve seen them be yelled at and ridiculed which is unacceptable!! I’ve seen them deal with horrible things so they deserve so much recognition for still keeping their heads high and giving it their best while on the clock. Thank you Ana and crew you guys make this location awesome and I’ll be returning for years to come.

Only 2 cars in line but it 15mins. My food was okay, it could've been better. Customer service was okay, could've been better.
Drive thru is excessively slow and they almost always short the bag something, tonight it was a 12 dollar burger that I had to go back to get, and wait 35 minutes for them to serve one person 1 small bag.... plus they do t answer the phone they will just pick up and drop the receiver after a few rings..... and the food is mediocre at best for carls jr.

The last three times that I've been into this location, no one took my order after more than five minutes of standing at the counter. I was late to work a few weeks ago because I stood at the counter for about 7-8 minutes waiting to order, and was just ignored, and left without buying anything. The last time that I was actually able to receive food that I paid for (via the drive-thru), the loaded breakfast burrito was half the size of the one I bought from another location, and it was twice the price. This is the only fast food restaurant that I've ever heard my coworkers complain about.

Expect to wait at least 10 minutes to get your food. Whenever I'm in line in the drive thru waiting to use a reward on my app, the 15 minute window to use the reward is close to expiring by the time I make it to the window to get my food. Usually there's one or two cars in front of me. The place is understaffed.

Writing this review while waiting behind 2 cars at their drive-thru...
While the food is good (better than most Carl's Jr.s in the area) and the workers are nice and friendly, their Drive-thru times are consistently terrible. I would come here in the morning and there would be times I would wait more than 20 minutes for just 2 vehicles ahead of me for small orders.
Don't drive through here if you're hoping for a quick pick up.
