The only thing i have against them is that they literally will bring you ice cream touching your cone when there is a sleeve made on there to carry it by. Their are touching change and door handles all day then to have that touch your ice cream cone… update 7/16/25 they still are touching the cone part when handing me the ice cream

I normally enjoy Chick-fil-A and have had consistently good experiences, but unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. I ordered a chicken sandwich and discovered a hair in it, which was extremely off-putting.
I expect better hygiene and quality control, especially from a brand known for its customer service and food standards. This really ruined the meal for me and made me question how clean things are behind the scenes.
I hope this was an isolated incident, but it’s something the management seriously needs to address. Cleanliness should never be compromised.

OMG,THE FOOD WAS SOOO GOOD!The service was okay,and it was cleaner than I expected,but it smelled a bit like vomit.The chicken is how you see GREAT,I recommend this Chick-Fil-A for people that love chicken like me!

I have noticed that this particular Chick-Fil-a has relaxed on some quality. The last several times I’ve ordered breakfast the biscuits have been stale. It’s like they don’t care about the quality of their food anymore. The staff is nice but almost too stiff as if they have it made they don’t need you.
So the only thing I can really say is yes they are courteous. I just feel that they don’t care about the quality of the biscuits anymore.
I always get the Cobb salad it's delicious.and the people who work there are so nice.

Every time I come here something is wrong with my order I very clearly ordered 4 creamy salsa dressings for my two salads but only received two. I also never receive my sauces. It’s ridiculous I paid 45 dollars for this. I clearly should just stop coming and I will after this. Sadly this is the closest one to me but I won’t be back

Great place. Great food. Better than other Big fast food restaurants. Closed Sundays for rest or Church. Great idea for workers who are Christians.
Only have eaten at Chick Fil A one other time Years annd years ago !!! Wasn’t Impressed Tonight I thought let me try it’s been at least 8 years ordered chicken nuggets They were maybe the size of a dime And mostly breading now I remember why I didn’t Like it before Dont Know what the hype is about this place it sucked
