Yesterday (12/4/25) at around 12:00 PM, I came in to pick up my order that I made. I waited patiently for the food to be ready inside, and when my name was called, the male individual gave my order in such a rude manner. I do not understand what I did to have him treat me that way. This store is known for having “friendly service” but do not agree. To describe the worker, he has brown skinned male individual. I hope he gets spoken to because that is not how you treat customers.

The only thing I get here is the Cobb salad with the avocado dressing. This is got to be the freshest lettuce and salad items in any salad that I purchase. It’s a great meal fills you up and it’s only $12.

The food is always nice and hot. Chicken is always juicy. The restaurant was clean. The location we went to had fresh flowers on the tables. Nice touch!
Just went there for breakfast. They didnt have coffee but offered me a cold coffee instead. Then proceeded to tell me it would be almost $3 more. Why?? Its not my fault you dont have coffee during breakfast. I told him to forget it and wanted water instead. But they didn't reduce the cost from the coffee. I dont have time to argue just won't go back. If you go to this location just make sure you dont order the bait and switch hot coffee.

3 sauce per meal order is ridiculous chick fil a makes enough money to give out sauce & when asked about the sauce limit now your teenagers staff laugh about it... customer service is bad here now... disappointed!!!

The only thing i have against them is that they literally will bring you ice cream touching your cone when there is a sleeve made on there to carry it by. Their are touching change and door handles all day then to have that touch your ice cream cone… update 7/16/25 they still are touching the cone part when handing me the ice cream
