This has to be one of the dirtiest Chick-fil-A establishments that I have been to. We asked one of the employees to clean a few tables because all but one were dirty, but they apologized and went back to the kitchen area. No one lifted a finger to clean. Very disappointing. The chicken was lukewarm, and the cheese was still cold and not melted. Obviously, poor management at that Chick-fil-A.

Always great friendly people and the food speaks for itself. Always fresh hot and tasty. I can't do spicy but, I know it's got to be good. I just love the crispiness of the chicken nuggets. I love crunching on the little morsels down in the box, sooo gooood!🤭

The past couple of times we have gone the orders are wrong or not fresh at all. Service is also very slow and not the friendliest.

Everybody knows CFA so this isn't about the food, prices, or atmosphere. Perhaps we're all spoiled with normally great service and an absolutely efficient ordering process. BUT the last couple of visits meant WAITING a LONG time to wait to even move the car after placing the order. My guess is that a customer at the pickup window realizes that they forgot to order something or otherwise changed their minds. Either way it seems to always result in a long line for all of the cars behind that customer. Perhaps CFA needs to direct that customer to park their car and have someone bring the new items to them so that the line can start moving
