So I went here on my lunch break with 2 colleagues from work, we all got the same thing which was the chicken sandwich meal. I got my food first and when I opened the wrapping I noticed the sandwich looked liked like a kids meal sandwich, basically a chicken strip on a bun and nothing else. I had the waitress wait at the table when she brought my other 2 colleagues there food and had them open it in front on her and they were normal sized sandwiches, everyone laughed even the waitress, I asked to get a replacement sandwich and she said no! She laughed at the size of the sandwich knowing it was not a normal sandwich and refused to replace, I thought this was chicken fil a where the customer service is above all, not at this location, now I gotta go to habit burger to get a chicken sandwich.

I had dinner at Chick-fil-A restaurant located in Bune Park with my family of four. We loved the tender chicken with fries and unlimited drinks. We spent around 30 to 40 minutes and had a memorable moment with my kids. The fried chicken and fries had a different taste compared to other restaurants, and Chick-fil-A has a unique brand and flavor. Overall, we spent $35, which was worth it for a family dinner. I recommend it to people who like fried chicken and burgers.
My family loves the food. We used the drive thru, only problem is it's hard to hear when they repeat your order due for the freeway noise. There's no noise wall.
This is the worst location! We love Chick-fil-A and have been to many locations from Pasadena to Redlands and Long Beach Town Center and Rossmoor are our usual locations which are great. We came here at 8:45 and their dinning area closes at 9 and there are plenty of tables outside. We ordered our food through the mobile app and gave our table number to dine-in since we don’t take long to eat. When we got our order the employee said we couldn’t eat in the dining room and not even on the patio so they could clean and close up. I’ve worked closing at fast food & sit down restaurants and have never asked a customer to leave before 10-15 minutes after closing unless they’re done eating and just talking. You let the final customers eat their food and clean up around them. And not letting us eat on the outdoor patio is just ridiculous. We took our food and ate at The Habit patio. Then found out our order was wrong! We had to go thru the drive thru because the employee at the drive thru window wouldn’t fix our order. On top of all this the employees had horrible attitudes like we were bothering them at their while they were relaxing.

A very clean and vibrant Chick-fil-A Chain located close to the corner of Orangethorpe and Valley View Blvd. Food is of course of the regular Chick-fil-A style. I was in a hurry and needed a little filler upper for my stomach. I got the 8pc. Grilled Chicken nugget with the Chick-fil-A Sauce to go. Service was fast soon as you ordered it in a few minutes you have it. Which of course the way fast food is served. Good job for the service people manning the counter.

I am a single mom and came in with my son and his friends for his birthday, my son is autistic and can be a lot to handle in public especially with a group of 10 year olds by his side. a very kind and patient young man, mark at the chickfila buena park 91 location took care of us and our order. i usually get eye rolls and visible irritation from teenagers dealing with this situation because i understand, its a lot but he dealt with the kid in a such a a kind and understanding manner. he was outstanding in his customer service and touched my heart for someone to show me this grace. he was a part of making my sons birthday the best thank you chick-fil-a!

Every time ive come here the food is so bad. Ive never had a horrible chickfila experience until i came here. I asked for well done fries and they said they couldnt do it. They definitely were just being lazy, how are you not able to cook fries longer. I need to remember not to come back here again because every single time its been extremely horrible. And the girl at the window had attitude. I thought chickfila was known for their great customer service, i guess this one doesn't live up to the standards. Do better
