I asked for a quesadilla with carne asada, carne asada on the side, bedia on the side, and pinto beans. When I got my food they got EVERYTHING WRONG NO SIDES CORRECT AND THEY DIDNT PUT CARNE ASADA IN MY QUESADILLA. And when they fix it and I get my food THE QUESADILLA HAD UNMELTED CHEESE, IT WAS JUST SHREDDED CHEESE, and when they fixed that it still tasted awful. When my friend opened there quesadilla THERE WASNT EVEN CHEESE. Never eating here again. Also the meat was super soggy and chewy.

Just a poor and disgusting looking appearance. Everything was dirty, food was mixed. Ended up throwing up my food a few hours after I ate. Especially after paying $40+ for meals for just my wife and me. Highly disappointed

Came in yesterday around 7pm and ordered a bowl. The woman with missing gauges in her ears was taking my order behaved as if she didn't want to take my order and was very rude when I asked her for some vinaigrette and rudely responded saying they don't have any. She passed my bowl to the next person and they finished it off. When the original woman left I asked the new lady if they have any vinaigrette and she said that they didn't have any. Oh well.
Went to the register and they rung up ny order and asked if I wanted to add any chips or drinks. I added chips and asked for a large and the clerk seemed annoyed that they had to go to the back and create an all new bag because they didn't have any. Not sure what's with all the attitude from everyone on shift. Went to get cutlery and napkins and was waiting for them to restock. Guy at the register took his time and again seemed annoyed that we were wanting basic cutlery. Though this may not be a huge issue, no one wants to deal with attitude after working all day.

First time at this location. It was Horrible! The place was filthy. Even the food counter was a mess. No gloves worn. Floors filthy. Food cold. Corporate needs to check this place out. A big fan of Chipotle but I’ll never go to this one again!

The service is chaotic before closing time. The counter is a mess, covered in food residue, and is not properly sanitized. We ordered 2 burritos, and the person wrapping it didn’t bother cleaning the counter before using the same unsanitized area to fold it. The burrito ended up coated in sour cream from the counter. My son wouldn’t even touch it, went straight into 🗑. This was the most unhygienic experience I’ve had at Chipotle.
