First time at this location. It was Horrible! The place was filthy. Even the food counter was a mess. No gloves worn. Floors filthy. Food cold. Corporate needs to check this place out. A big fan of Chipotle but I’ll never go to this one again!

The service is chaotic before closing time. The counter is a mess, covered in food residue, and is not properly sanitized. We ordered 2 burritos, and the person wrapping it didn’t bother cleaning the counter before using the same unsanitized area to fold it. The burrito ended up coated in sour cream from the counter. My son wouldn’t even touch it, went straight into 🗑. This was the most unhygienic experience I’ve had at Chipotle.

By far the worst chipotle.. It's the ONLY location that is ALWAYS out of SOMETHING like even way before closing. From steak sure, then rice okay, but GUAC? Never happens ANYWHERE else in California because thats at most demand, and even cheese they run out of? C'mon. Even today while the ice machine is down, didnt mention the entire SODA machine was HOT. Amazing really..

Skimps on online orders. More than half filler andn half portions on meat, salsa, sour cream, and lettuce. Might have better luck getting it in person.
