Great ice cream and shakes, but one of the girls working there was so rude. Her tone of voice and remarks were unnecessary, as if trying to make the customers feel stupid... She has no manners and poor customer service skills. We only tipped them because the other two workers were much nicer.

I brought my girls. We moved from California to another state, and my older two girls had no memory of ColdStone. My youngest had never been to one. They loved the amazing ice cream and the toppings mixed in.
