Of course grabbing boba after dinner is mandatory. This was the only spot open late until 10:30pm.
Parking: There’s a free parking structure. Finding a spot can be a hit or miss. There are compact parking spots, so be careful.
Ambiance/Parking: They have a small space with limited indoor seating. No outdoor seating. It’s pretty clean inside with a cute floral decor on the wall.

Went to get a boba with my boyfriend yesterday. When we went in none of the employees were welcoming or said hi even though they saw us come in and stared at us. When we went to order, we again didn’t get a hello even though we said hi. The male employee asked us what we wanted to order. I'm quite familiar with the franchise and this location makes their drinks very similar to the others. The menu and sizing are pretty much the same. The only thing that might differ amongst locations is the price, but that's pretty common.
