Got a thin crust pizza and Philly cheese steak sandwich the pizza looks like the driver dropped it on the ground. Asked to speak to a manager and the customer service representative said she was busy and couldn't take my call.Called to complain wouldn't issue a credit or refund. Will not order again.

First time at this location. Staff was helpful and friendly. I haven't had Domino's in years, decided to try out the new family meal. The dough was delicious, but the pizza was basically all bread. Hardly any sauce or cheese. So we basically a full meal of bread. I was very disappointed and do not think I will try it again.

Place the order through the app. Used the order tracker. Was outside waiting for the order. When the tracker said it was ready, I went straight in. Pizza is cold, burnt, and not what I paid for. Unless of course this represents extra sausage... I don't order from here often, Now I remember why.

Worst pizza ordering experience of my life.Period. Customer service is terrible.It took me hours to place order still they cancelled it. Never going here again. You just lost one permanent customer to pizza hut.

I wanted to find out information about prices and specials they had for a work lunch I'm giving ! When I first tried to talk to someone I was rudely hung up on 3 times and was ready to go to pizza hut but thought I would give dominos one last chance ! I was able to get through and get all the info I needed for the work lunch from another dominos ! I emailed corporate about the situation and was called by the manager at this location the next day , Robert was so helpful with the whole situation that happened and wanted to help out he apologized for what happened and offered a pizza for my troubles which I greatly appreciated ! I highly recommend this location I would do business with them again
Never had a problem with this domino's, probably because I always get carryout instead of delivery. The pizza always turns out great and yes, it is busy sometimes and it could take a little longer than expected but I've seen them get totally slammed before. Also just a note to the delivery drivers : I would highly advise against leaving your cars running outside when you go inside the building. Within those couple minutes that you're inside, somebody could run up and steal your car. Not a risk you should take especially in a ghetto slum like Buena Park

Domino’s quite literally sucks. This particular domino’s took almost an hour to deliver the pizza, and they didn’t deliver my drink -_- I called this store 3 separate times and no one answered each time. I don’t usually leave reviews because honestly no one cares and it does nothing to better the service, but i despise this company now. AND this is the case with almost every domino’s location I’ve used, so now I believe it’s a job requirement for the managers to be so terrible at their jobs so they can’t ensure even decent service from their employees. Two stars cause the pizza was okay and I enjoy the bread twists. BUT I NEEDED MY DRINK.
