🔥 Dpot Hot Pot at The Source is straight-up fire. Came in just after 5, no wait, seated quick. Tonkatsu broth + spicy yukgaejang = flavor heaven. Meat? Top quality. Sauce? Perfect. That meat steamer wrap with rice paper? Total game-changer. So many sides and apps too. Service was on point. And if you’re still hungry, cook up some Korean ramen to finish it right. All-you-can-eat done right 👑💯
Good spot to have shabu and steamed meat, the seafood bar was great and fresh; I actually loved the seafood bar more than the meat. Service was great as well. My only complain is that the meat got thinner as we went and I don’t like my broth, which was spicy tonkotsu (tasted a little sweet to me).

They have much more soup choices than the Irvine branch. Brother flavors are really good as well! Stacker is steamed on spot instead. Lots of seafood and vegetable options!
