Staff was incredible… showed with a group of ::gulp!:: 42 people! Reserved two large karaoke rooms in advance, they were clean, prepped, and setup for us upon arrival. Staff was attentive and quick with all orders, and remained organized throughout the evening with our orders. Highly recommend!!!

The rooms are nice but unless you're looking for overpriced food with no significant amount for barely one or two people. They will definitely over charge you for barely any food $18 for cheap fries, $20 for three mini balls of ice cream & cut up churros. Even the water is charged more than you'd think. We even supposedly got charged for 10 mins over near closing which they didn't warn us about they only asked for a card. The 10 mins extra was $40+. Also unless you have a great time be careful tipping extra as you will be charged gratituity automatically. The staff is nice but that's because they'll charge you like crazy.

Fun place to spend time with friends. Friendly staff with decent doing library. Limited on food choices thought, so don't come hungry.

Really cool place, friendly, and cool staff. One of the funnest experiences I've ever had. I can't sing the best, but who cares when you can drink among friends and your can't really hear anyone else in the other booths! The variety of different kinds of food seems like it's cooked by top chefs. Their service is very responsive and gets to you in reasonable time!

I just called at around 10:25 PM (7/12) to inquire about making a reservation and asked to speak with a Korean-speaking staff member. The person who initially answered the phone — instead of simply transferring the call — made a completely unprofessional and offensive remark to a colleague, saying, “She wants to speak Korean, but lives in America.”

I was absolutely shocked and disgusted by this behavior. It was clear he assumed I wouldn’t understand what he said, which only makes it worse. Mocking a customer based on language preference is not only rude, but discriminatory and unacceptable — especially in a country that prides itself on diversity.

This is a serious issue that reflects extremely poorly on your business. I urge you to take immediate action and provide proper training to your staff on respect, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity. No customer should ever be treated with such blatant disrespect.

Good variety of English songs along with Korean. Food and drink minimums, selection could be greater.

We had amazing drinks and great tacos. They made me the perfect Jolly Rancher Watermelon 🍉 Martini 🍸. Know that if you go with minors you need to leave by 9 pm.

Today, i came for my friend’s birthday, i accidentally ate peanuts which i am deathly allergic to. The staff were really kind and even gave me allergy medicine when I realized I wasn’t carrying any. They also gave me water. Very good service 👍

For those who need to know: the machines are not completely English. So far, I have noticed there are no songs for any rock songs. That’s odd. The English setting on the TV is “POP” So it seems whoever controls this doesn’t understand how easy it is to leave a cord out for phone (USB C) so we can use YouTube to pick whatever song we need. Especially since you cannot choose certain songs on their system. EKO, want more business? Easiest thing to do is reach more customers. Can’t do that with a bad system in one language and no songs the customers want.
