Good variety of English songs along with Korean. Food and drink minimums, selection could be greater.

We had amazing drinks and great tacos. They made me the perfect Jolly Rancher Watermelon 🍉 Martini 🍸. Know that if you go with minors you need to leave by 9 pm.

Today, i came for my friend’s birthday, i accidentally ate peanuts which i am deathly allergic to. The staff were really kind and even gave me allergy medicine when I realized I wasn’t carrying any. They also gave me water. Very good service 👍

For those who need to know: the machines are not completely English. So far, I have noticed there are no songs for any rock songs. That’s odd. The English setting on the TV is “POP” So it seems whoever controls this doesn’t understand how easy it is to leave a cord out for phone (USB C) so we can use YouTube to pick whatever song we need. Especially since you cannot choose certain songs on their system. EKO, want more business? Easiest thing to do is reach more customers. Can’t do that with a bad system in one language and no songs the customers want.

It was pretty fun but our drunk selves got guided to a large 60 usd room instead of a small one which could have been enough.

pricey, no songs in spanish, the system is fixed so songs are limited, no matter the size of the room you only get two microphones

I had my bday here. JD, one of the bartenders, sang a Michael Buble song and he had a good voice. We had a blast. He gave me a cocktail drink combined w/ a shot for free. He said he created it himself for his gf. I appreciated the gesture. The fun never ended. I asked for an hour extension but sadly it was booked after our time. Food was great. The cocktail drinks were not on the menu so just ask the bartender. Parking is free. We'll be back for more.

Long over due review. Came in on accident on a Thursday, saw a Old tall white guy with greasy hair and he would not stop talking, I got so annoyed so I started to walk out, as I was walking out a young pretty girl understood that I was annoyed and she told me I can go back to bar if I like and she would make me a drink. She looks young but she makes the best cocktails! She told me her name was Ellie. I always make sure to come in at least once a month after that.

This was my friends and I first time at this lounge as we had mentioned to the hostess as she took us back. She let us in the room, but did not explain how to use the system. We fumbled with the system for about 10 minutes before we called the service button. We were then helped by the incredibly nice gentleman who actually explained to us the system and let us know that he wouldn’t count the 10 minutes towards our time there and that he would relay this to the other hostesses (as you pay for the room based on the length of time you spend there). We had then called for room service again to ask for drinks and were helped by a different female hostess who rolled her eyes at us as she was leaving the room after we had ordered. At one point one of our group members used the bathroom and didn’t know which lounge we were in and asked that same hostess for helped. She verbally said nothing showed the room to her and swung the door open aggressively and sighed loudly as if we were an inconvenience. Lastly, to top off our lack of better experience with customer service we were charged without viewing our receipt breakdown and we then found after paying we were charged for that extra 10 minutes. We had kept a timer with us to ensure we stayed within a 2 hour limit. The $20.00 that I tipped was out of courtesy to the gentleman who had helped us (who was also the bartender), but unfortunately he was gone by the time were checking out and we were unable to give him. Overall, the food, the rooms and the help from the bartender made it a decent experience, but we will not be back here again due to the rude customer service we received from the ladies.
