We tried the Tacos Al Carbon combo. It was good. I was greatly disappointed that this store didn't have the $5 Pollo bowls which are my favorite.
So, I drove back to my local El Pollo Loco in La Habrá and they did have the $5 Pollo bowls.
I shared the information with the clerk at the drive thru window and she didn't understand why the difference.
From now on, I will only go to my local El Pollo Loco.

Can't rate atmosphere fairly because I go through drive thru. I always get the double chicken bowl with all white meat. It's consistently good, and they prepare it very quickly. I'm 59 and get senior discount, pay less than $14 for a solid meal. I've also downloaded their app which you get scanned before paying to accumulate points towards rewards. Good place.

I stood in line for 30 minutes, waiting for someone to help me with my order. They were taking care of everybody else, even though I got there before any of those people.
The food and service, is good. The only thing is the bathroom stench 🤢🤮 I had to hold my breath when passing by! It's so gross!

Food is fresh and love the,Cilantro Lime Dressing. Great fast food alternative. Particularly #3825 great crew and clean place. I do not eat at tge El Pollo near my house as it is,always dirty. BUT this station 3825 is always clean bathroom does smell always clean. Amazing attentive and clean crew.
