Ordered online and it was ready when I walked in. The prices were fair considering how much everything has gone up. This was for takeout, but I discovered they recently renovated this store, and it looks a lot nicer inside and out.

Usually I wouldn't leave a review. However I bought a chicken classic Combo and this is like my second time finding bones in it. Very dangerous especially if a parent decides to buy this for there child. You would think that they would put chicken breast. It makes me wonder if they are trying to save on there meat. Please use Chicken breast it's cheaper than a law suit. OVER ALL a great place to eat.

I went to this pollo loco and the employees were arguing with me for a guacamole dressing I don’t get charge when I dine in and this nite I got charge one dollar when the dressing is free please avoid this location The worse customer service and the manager the worse

every time i come to this location it never fails !! the last time i came here i got great service and great food! The manager actually was the one who handed me my food and was very friendly i believe her name was sandra . it was a very busy and the restaurant was very clean. Staff was very friendly as well i will continue to go out of my way to come to this location since it has never failed me
