Grading this on a curve of theme park food and, honestly, this ranks as high as it gets for their quick service. I got the ribs, chicken, and corn on the cob and they were all delicious. Maybe a little dry but again this is theme park quick service, so you shouldn't expect anything less. The line is usually pretty long but moves quickly. Plenty of seating, though it is all outside.

The food was mid and the seating was so bad… There are literally tables right next to the horse stables and you can smell the horse poop everywhere it’s so bad 😭😭

Great spot to eat at as long as you like BBQ my husband ordered the bbq flank steak he said it was delicious and meat was tender he liked the coleslaw and the corn. My son had the barbecue ribs for sides he had a toast and the baked potato my daughter and I shared the 1/4 chicken toast and corn. It was a hearty meal the ribs and chicken tasted great tender with lots of flavor. We will definitely come back again.

Now you have to rate this based on theme park food. I've been to all the major amusement parks and tried their food, and this is by far feels like staple restaurant, a food that you would find outside of a theme park.

The atmosphere is what it's expected to be in the theme park. Lots of people long lines waiting to order. Once you get your order, it's worth the wait. Trying the barbecue ribs, brisket is all delicious. They come with various sides that you want and and they're fresh and tasty.

They do make it feel like you're kind of in the old minors, west, where it feels more historical. Technically, it is historical since the place has been there for over a hundred years!

half chicken was over cooked and baked potatoes were dry. Flavor was ok and corn under cooked.

First time visiting and the only place worth buying something to eat in my humble opinion. You can see how your food is made as they are making it on the fire grill. I went there only for the turkey leg and I was not disappointed! If I ever go back to Knotts berry farm this will be the only spot I will consider buying any kind of meal. I stood in line for over 90minutes for just one turkey leg. It was very frustrating but very delicious which is the sole reason for the 3 stars. They also provided heated lamps by their food court which was very nice. I highly recommend!

Yesterday my husband got a turkey leg there and 2 hours later he had stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea most of the night.

This is the most popular place to eat in the park due to their turkey legs. Not so much that they are incredibly good, but rather are a novelty. The problem is everyone wants the turkey legs leading them to often run out. They do their best to keep up with the demand, but they can only cook so many at a time. Corn on the cobb is the most popular side. It is a joke what they charge for a side, even compared to other food prices in the theme park. I give them mid range rating as it is ok.

Doesn’t deserve any stars. The food is precooked and kept inside stainless steel containers/pans before put on the grill for a few seconds to supposedly get warmed up……
Ribs looked cold and dry, the corn is boiled and served wet straight from the pan, doesn’t even touch the grill, the potatoes are not wrapped in anything so that in the winter they can maintain some heat, so the butter or any other toppings cannot even melt when applied.
My food sat on the counter for 30 seconds while I wiped and cleaned my own table and moved around to situate my kids.
Upon returning to pick up the food as I noticed it was cold I asked the staff if they could warm the corn and ribs on the grill for a min. I was reprimanded for leaving the food on the counter and told it was my fault..
I could clearly see that the so called “chef” got irritated, immediately giving us an attitude.
He picked up the corn and placed it on the grill but claimed that he has to throw away the ribs due to the CA health code and we have to wait for new ones, although the tray with food never left their countertop.
The “chef” finally picked up 2 new ribs, literally threw them on the grill, which now had the corn getting burned, continuing to verbalize how he is not supposed to do this and that he is doing us a favor and after warming them up for few seconds, threw them on my plate in a very humiliating manner and in a derogatory tone told me: “ enjoy your hot meal now!
I could not believe the lack of professionalism, customer service and hospitality from this guy. I was a paying customer for a party of 4 that just spent over $100, for some food that I was expecting to be warm.
I understand that this is a restaurant inside an amusement park and not a Michelin Star one…but still…
We asked for a manager, that showed up from the back and was speechless, useless and could not handle the situation, while she was witnessing her employee still being rude to us.
I have lost my temper and threw the entire tray away inside of their stall.
The “chef” immediately started mocking me saying “bye” security is coming: “bye” motioning with his hand that I was going to be escorted out of the park.
Seconds later, the Food and Beverage director Wilf Seymour showed up and in a very professional manner listened to our complaint and offered to assist with the issue in order to de escalate. We were offered a table inside a nearby restaurant, while the issue was being investigated by the Park staff.
Minutes later, I was greeted at the front of the restaurant by Security and the same Food and Beverage Director.
The 2 security officers were professional and explained that they were there to get my side of the story so they can document the incident in a report.
My information was collected and I was advised that I was being issued a warning for my reaction at the grill and could continue my visit in the park but asked not to further engage with the staff at the restaurant.
I would greatly encourage the “chef” at the grill to take some customer service classes and learn how to better do his job, dropping the attitude towards paying customers and also his manager to learn how to “manage” people and also the establishment.
All together a very sad experience, that affected my family and the time spent inside the park.

Turkey leg was good just too big. The corn was perfect so soft and sweet. I had garlic bread which i wasn’t impressed with.

Casual dining restaurant stand in Ghost Town inside Knott's Berry Farm offering barbecued meats and sides. They offer plenty of outdoor seating via picnic tables (mix of in shade and sun) and have a large trough sink for washing hands. Pricing is high like what you'd expect from inside an amusement park.

Line moves ridiculously slow and after waiting 20 minutes, we were appalled to learn that the wait time for vegetable skewers would be 2 hours ? The chicken seemed brined and the skin was super soggy, not grilled at all.

Would recommend skipping this spot.

This was the worst "barbequed" chicken I can remember being served, ever. The skin was limp and squishy and showed no real sign of having been on a grill at any point. It was a quarter chicken, sort of, I got a wing and a thigh and my wife got a leg and a thigh. My chicken appeared to have been stewed or maybe steamed, my wife's was the same but insanely oily. I've looked at the pictures in other reviews and can assure you that what we got was not at all the same. I honestly think they took last night's leftovers out of the fridge and threw them in a steamer tray (it was early, before noon). My kid got hotdog, it was fine, and they threw in I rib "because it took so long". The rib was too tough to eat. On the other hand, the corn was good, the potato and Cole slaw was OK. Server was surly. I guess I would just wait until later in the day or try a different place.
