This could easily be better. I don’t know if the recipe is designed this way or if the staff did it wrong or if the recipe is not specific but…. I got the ham cheese and it was ok, except, all the cheese and sauce was at the bottom of the sandwich. My guess is the staff opened the bread from one side, squirted in cheese and sauce and later put in the egg. So, the first half of the sandwich was basically all egg and there was very little cheese or sauce until I reached the bottom. The sandwich would have been amazing and delicious if every bite had egg, ham, cheese, and sauce but that requires the people making the sandwiches to assemble them with that in mind. Maybe I just go unlucky but assuming not, just a tiny bit more care would up these sandwiches to the next level

Hate to leave a bad review because food is decent but service was unacceptable. I had 20 minutes to pick up some foods before work at 6pm on 7/15. Asked the front counter how long it is going to take, was told 5-10 minutes, ended up waiting almost 30 minutes! Ended up costing me late to work for the first time. I asked for refund when it has taken 25 minutes, and was told just a minute more… how do you not know how long it’s going to take to make your sandwich? If there are many orders in front, just add estimated time?

We had the Dalgona ice coffee and Dalgona freeze. To us , it was very sweet, okay coffee taste. The trend , at least in boba, optional of varying sweetness is a good thing. But for what we had was sugar mama delight. Let me know if u agree. As always post wherever wherever u end up , good or just okay,

Super slow making one sandwich for 25 min Smoke full dining hall - I am shocked that air quality inside is really bad. It is at the gas detector trigger level but no gas detectors are found. It has fire alarms though

Everything was above average. I got the Angus sandwich and husband got the regular egg sandwich. They were very filling and tasted good, but the bread was pretty burnt. I didn't notice til after I left and came home otherwise I'd have asked them to remake it.

At first i got a dalgonade, it was PURE brown sugar SYRUP! My friend got a blue lemonade and it tastes like they put in a little bit of sprite, blue food coloring, and a cheap lemon squeeze from a bottle. Both drinks were terrible! I made a complaint about the dalgonade and as a one tine courtesy they made me a lazy half ass made matcha latte! The drink was literally still white even with matcha put in it! 1/5 dont recommend their DRINKS!

Sandwiches were SO good. We got the classic egg sandwich and the bulgogi one and both were absolutely delicious! Not only is the bread soft and thick, but the egg was a perfectly cooked omelette style drenched in the most delicious sauce. I think the sauce was the best part that brought the whole sandwich together!
There was also a photo booth in the store that can take cute aerial shots!
We also tried the dalgona milk tea which was overwhelmingly sweet. Would not recommend as it was just wayyy to sweet and ended up making me thirstier after taking each sip just to wash out the sugar in my mouth.
Slow is an understatement. Over 30 min wait for a sandwich…. Really??? Your staple is sandwiches and it takes you over 30 min to make one? Seems like poor execution of the process. 5 people behind the counter and people waiting all over with no place to sit. Sandwich is ok. The hype is just hype. I can’t see coming back or making this a regular stop on my daily trips.
