Great place for food family and friends , service is very fast and courteous.They go out of their way to make authentic Egyptian fair in a perfect flavor and home style.There is not another restaurant that comes even close , thank you Zizi and your diligent staff for wonderful time and a wonderful meal.

We went as a group on Saturday 02/17/2024 evening, it was not well organized the main singer came out very late at night, the sound system was not working well, then the food was not good, for the price we paid , no coffee and desert included, no fruits at the end. We went to many parties and we can tell the difference. The hookah was all over when it should be on one side of the area, not everyone can handle the smoke. They should have had some kind of questions on tickets for this issue.

Went there as a group we had a great time They have live singers and most of the time they have really famous ones they serve drinks food all you what you need and hookah too They even got belly dancers It's a respectful place Families goes there And they all work hard I would go again no doubt So with this I'll say thank you for your great service And hopei'll get to go again soon.
The food quality was the worst I never see something like that The place is very nice and the atmosphere. Is good but the food please zizy not just Chang the cheif. But the meat is just not the meat where you can serve it at

Service is horrible. It took him over an hour and a half to empty an ashtray. We booked a VIP table for six of us and they started wanting to shove tables next to us when we paid the full price not the discounted price. I personally made a phone call to them asking about the alcohol. She said they had an open bar and she never told me even though I asked her if I could bring my own bottle of alcohol and it upset me even more going in to the restaurant and seeing everybody carrying their own bottle of alcohol. They charge me a $275 for a bottle of alcohol that’s not even worth 50 bucks in a regular store. Now I know clearly why half the hall was empty it’s your service. This will be the first and last time I attend Any of your events. You guys need to improve your service because you’re definitely gonna lose us as customers.

Zizi instead of calling, my friend and being respectful to her and apologizing for your wrongdoing, you call her being disrespectful, not taking any responsibility for the way you treated her or her guest at your party. Your service was horrible. Even your communication skills with your customers are horrible. I was here and witnessed and heard the whole conversation of you hanging up on her when you were the one yelling. My friend called you back, you still continued with your rudeness. Just one reminder honey if you want your business to succeed it’s all in your hands the proper way to handle a situation like this is to apologize first and take actions in your own hands by making sure that next time things will be better for your customers instead you are rude disrespectful and take no blame for anything. That is why your hall was half empty yesterday and nobody wants to attend your events.

My friend left a review and automatically got a call back from the owner Zizi. She started the call by asking for my friend’s name to confirm how she was going to talk to her. She came at her rude saying that she was ruining her business by putting the review about their awful service when in reality they put out false advertising and are taking advantage of peoples money. Wish i can give this place a 0, never coming again.
