I’ve visited several times and the food has always been great, but unfortunately, this visit was disappointing due to the service. I asked our server for a high chair for my son, and instead of responding, she made a strange face and said nothing. After waiting for a while, I had to call her over again to place our order and repeated the request. She barely acknowledged me and still didn’t bring a high chair. I even saw her talking to another server and it seemed like she was complaining about my request, which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable. Eventually, I had to get a high chair myself—which I would have gladly done right away if I had simply been told. I don’t understand why such a simple and common request was ignored and treated so dismissively. It left a really negative impression, especially given the otherwise good experiences I’ve had here.

Why are you so unfriendly to your guests? No matter how delicious it is, I don't want to go there again if the service is that bad. The taste is not special and the atmosphere is not good. Boss, come to your senses!! What kind of business do you do with that mindset?? Please have the minimum manners and kindness.

It was very busy around lunch. The food was made and served pretty quickly with limited staff. However the service did take a little while to get seated as well as get some menus because of the limited staff but this wasn't a big issue. The food was really good, overall pretty good experience.

New menu ssambap and galbi jim is awesome. Can't say the same about the new waitress. Older lady yelling at customers to where to put the food. Don't scare my children because the dishes are heavy, wait or drop off food one at a time! Same old lady kept coughing without covering her mouth in the cash register area and we were sitting right in front. Nasty, unhygienic, angry waitress. If you dont want to be there, stay home. So rude. Won't coming back, maybe togo.

We opted for the water Makgoogsoo (춘천막국수) and beef dumplings (고기 만두). Unfortunately, the Makgoogsoo had a slightly sweet taste that overshadowed the other flavors, and the dumplings, while satisfactory, seemed overpriced for six pieces. The service was slow and lacked warmth, likely due to the limited staff handling all customers. From a management standpoint, prioritizing cost savings on wages may result in missed opportunities to build customer loyalty. I hope the owner considers hiring more employees to accommodate growth and ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons.
