Rude employee as I pick up my to go order Simply asked for more syrup as I received a full stack I must be crazy for needing 4 syrups but that's just me. But what was really disappointing was seeing this guy's dirty hands on my food after he is seen watching videos on his filthy phone definitely not something he should be doing on the clock but phones go everywhere with you EVERYWHERE anf if he's using it on the clock in the front he is definitely using it on the toilet and he is handling food that is disgusting. At my job I always have something to do I need to apply at Ihop

I just wanted to express that I did a mobile order for a short stack and I walked in and the lady by the name of Jenny and another gentlemen who appeared to be the manager they were super rude non friendly the girl gave me attitude and my order was not even packaged properly. Very poor service

I ordered pancakes off DoorDash from this iHop. They didn’t provide any syrup, utensils, etc. I ended up having to go to the IHOP to ask for syrup and the Mexican lady that was working this morning wouldn’t give me any saying I had to be a paying customer. So I made another trip back to the ihop shortly after to pay for the packet of syrup that should have come with my pancakes. I have been to this IHOP many times, I always tip, the employees have always been very kind to me but this morning I felt like I got profiled and this woman was straight power tripping for whatever reason she felt she could.

The food was very good, as in all IHOPs, but there was something that overshadowed our experience. We were a group of almost 20 people, 7 families who met there, but the waitress who served us (Al_x_s) kept demanding us on several occasions, even at the exit door, that we should leave at least 15% tip for each family… and although in the end we all ended up giving it to her to avoid the insistence, it ended up being something that overshadowed our visit, since there were families to whom she told us up to six times…

Most expensive ihop don’t know If it’s cause it’s next to knotts so they charge more. $5.59 for cup of orange juice and $4.99 for a soda. Service wasn’t great had to keep asking for stuff cause waiter never checked on us

The food is normal, nothing special because they are all simple dishes that are easy to make at home. IHOP is most famous for its fluffy Pancakes, hash browns are okay, the rest of the omelets and steaks are average and bland. Small space. Small unisex toilet.

Here, the kids meal price is 11.49 and drinks are also charged separately at 3.45. 2 rows of chicken strips and a side of french fries are 11.49. It's just like that. If you take kids, be sure to order the adult menu.
