Food was good. Service was great. Corporate ihop on the other hand needs improvement. Prices are not listed on the menu. Just order what you want and be shocked by the bill is their policy. I ordered chicken fried steak breakfast and a glass of orange juice. My bill was 33 dollars. The orange juice was 6.89! For like 8oz of orange juice. Had i known i just would have got something different You can get 2 gallons of orange juice for that much

Rude service I asked for chocolate milk and she said you didn't say that I asked you and you said no. And place is creepy just watch your surroundings a lot of homeless. And space is limited for both dinning and parking.
Our server, Francisco R, was pleasant and provided excellent customer service. Great atmosphere and really cool oldies music.

it was a Sunday morning and before getting there before stepping inside, we could see that there was a line. We came to find out how long the wait would be the attendant said it would be 510 minutes. It ended up being more like an hour for a party of two. very disappointed at the fact that they said five or 10 minutes but it’s understandable food here is better than average, and the service is the best part. They are very friendly and took care of everything quickly. Besides the wait time everything else was better than average. I do recommend this place when they do not have a line. The location is small and it seems like often times it’s always overpacked. This is a four star location. In my opinion I will eat here again if I don’t have to wait so long.

i had a wonderful experience at this ihop, my waitress was nancy and she was on her A GAME! made feel so welcomed and never had attitude ! i’m pretty particular and she made sure everything was up to par! enjoyed her and my time here tremendously
